I havent seen a replay yet, but i think it deserved a review. Refs cant call a grounding or a knock on, how can they call that with confidence

They do regularly. Ive seen it happen.

I think the tap for the 40-20 was a **** rule change for this reason. Touchies are never at the 20 when it goes out and sometimes kickers are flirting with the 40 meter line. Those close ones deserve review.

We seemed very up and down tonight.
I think the poor kicking game hurt us tremendously. There were a few times when we could have started to build some pressure, only to be let down with a poor 5th tackle option or a failure to find touch. Next thing we know, we are backpedaling with hayne dancing around.

I think you've summed it up. Parra were hot and cold and got very tired in the 2nd half but we were unable to sustain pressure as you say. With Carney's good kicking game alone we win that one. They can't persist with Robbo kicking in general play but I there actually isn't a half at the club who has a good kicking game outside of Carney.
