The games get chosen 5 rounds previous.. There is no way we will get a 9 game till we have won a few on the trot.. Just had look though, we are scheduled on for round 10 against the storm. Sunday 9 game!! And its a home game.. Bring that on!!

Rain is expected on Saturday night... smells like last year!!

Every week someone has said. "I think this week will tell us a lot about our season"
I think it's safe to say that every game is just as important to win no matter who we play.

5 in a row would really set us up nicely. Would be something so refreshing to say!

Finally I have finished watching the Penrith game. People on this forum say we played badly and while this may be true in some parts of the second half I think we showed enormous character to win this game. Sure we are not flash and again others here say we are a couple of players short of the class required to win games.

The fact is that even though we have not looked flash or scored six tries a game we are still winning games. One day, and I'm not sure when that will be, everything will click and our attack will come together. I still don't think Carney has taken a game by the scruff of the neck just yet but he has been solid and has still had an influence on our winning streak.

As others have said though three wins in a row does not mean we have made the top 8. There is still a hell of a lot of work to do and the players know that. The media are starting to talk us up a bit but if we can beat the Dragons and beat them well, then we will start to get noticed. A lot of people are not yet convinced we are top 8 material, sadly even a few actual Shark fans.

We should get a big crowd this week and this should lift us. I really want to see all the stands packed and as little room as possible in general admission. This is the side I would like to see run out on Saturday night:

Gardener
Mills (if fit)
Pomeroy
Best
Williams
Carney
Robson
Gallen
De Gois (if fit)
Ross
Smith
Bakuyu
Graham

Fifita
Gibbs
Tagatese
Green

If he is fit I would like to see DeGois play 80 mins. Robson can fill in at hooker if he needs a rest.

Can't see goons being able to match it with us atm, they were ordinary against the broncos last week and they seem to be leaking more points post bennett. Sharks by 6
