I watched the game with at least 10 beers already consumed. I will be very interested to watch the replay.

Who's in here saying to take Gal off even if it's just for 10?

Rubbish. Hold onto the ball more and get repeat sets that way he doesn't need to work as hard in defense. Either way, he can handle it. "we don't wanna burn him out"....that's pussy talk, for pussies. Gal isn't a pussy.

Why ask who it is when its cleary just up the page.. Not mentioning me is a pussy act.. for pussies

I agree Gal is the toughest in the NRL at the moment and is capable of playing 80 minutes week in week out.. But faituge will kick in eventually, fingers crossed it doesnt.

If we want repeat sets we need to stop kicking cross field and throw some grubbers in their and trap them in goal.

Your kidding if you think he plays a generic lock style game.

Lucky I never said that then.

He doesn't play a generic prop game either and you know it.

The point is, he played the same game he played all of last year. Hit ups in the middle, first receiver, ball playing. He's a versatile player.

He has played lock a lot more than prop so it's more accurate to say that he plays prop like he plays lock, than to say he plays lock like he plays prop.

What it essentially boils down to is whether you want one prop and three back rowers on the field at the same time as Gallen, or two props and two back rowers.

I didn't want to single out a n00b when i know there's a bunch of other morons just like you who have suggested it.

Gal won't burn out. He doesn't fatigue. He's a boss. He's THE boss. He works harder than everyone else so that he CAN work harder than everyone else. If he doesn't want to come off, he doesn't need to.

Also ******. Don't come round here talking **** after only 36 posts. ****in ********

The only thing different from the last two weeks for gal is that he has been taking the hit up from the kick off
The only thing different in the last two weeks is that Gallen is playing in a team with 2 competent halves for the first time since 2008.

Well I should thank you for not singleing me out, cause everyone stated about the 10 minutes break noone would have poined at me.. Just because I only have 36 posts dont mean ****, I've been going for the sharks for 25 odd years..

I agree completely about gal, but he is so dedicated he refuses to come off, there was a games last year that he inured his shoulder but wouldn't come which lead to him missing a tackle and a try being scored... In saying that, I how he plays 80 minutes every week cause we need him!

You're right, I'm only new here.. but I'm not new to the sharks.... agree to disagree champ. Apologies for pissing you off, but I'm not one to back down.

what has townsend form been like? Although i have been happy with Robson, it would be better for the team if Townsend was applying pressure through great form

Despite Chad's injury he is not putting pressure on Robo. Feki is developing. To be honest, much of the success from the first couple of wins could be put down to the Storm backs. Now they're missing we're light on. Wright playing a roving role, Peach played forwards, backs & bench. Tupou still better to leave in than be bumped out for Peach. Let has been OK. Cordoba going well, Green just does his job. Could have used Friz last Sat.

Who gives a **** how many posts he has made? I have made an extra few thousand on you so be quiet :D I agree he should get a 10min rest, not every game but just before half time and maybe 5-10 mins of the season half to make it about 15min. We have seen it before, even gal get's fatigued and makes stupid decisions when defending out wide.

Very nice words to give to a new forum member

Who gives a Broncos backside how many posts have been made.

It's not the quantity, it's the quality.

Yeah my point exactly, I agree, only in grinding games when he has to work extra hard up the middle... I'm not concerned about what people say, I'm a sharks supporter, I put up with idiots every day! I dont think he needs a break in the 2nd half, give him 10 before half time, that gives him a 20 minute break before the 2nd half.

As incredibly fit and strong as Gal is he is not actually a robot made of metal and circuits. He's gunna get sore and tired and it's going to catch up with him at some point. And fatigue leads to injury.
The team need to learn to survive without him for 10 mins here and there.
