Robson, the chad, I don't give a **** just get graham out of the halves. Put graham on the bench even and he can come on and play wide and just concentrate on running and tackling which will be better for his game
This - graham has to get out of the halves full stop - watching it on tv he had way too many last tackles & screwed up everytime

Anyone else think Carney is feeling the pressure of having the whole team on his shoulders? With a proper halfback outside of him I think he will feel more relaxed and the whole team won't be looking for him to make everything happen and he will be able to play his natural game

You can tell Carney is feeling the pressure, and pressure brings mistakes. If he had an organizer next to him and a decent creator of chances it would almost take the world of his shoulders. Canberra he had campese, roosters he had anasta and Pearce. He picked and chose when he wanted the ball and exploited space. He may be a great player but he can't do everything. Hopefully flano sees this too and puts chad or robson there. As long as there's someone to take the workload of running a team from Todd

I think if we get the simple things right we will put up a hell of a fight. We bombed a bag of tries on Sunday since we couldn't catch or hang onto the ball when we needed to. Manly will come to shark park thinking they will smash us so I bet they play cocky football. We need to hammer cherry evans, foran and Lyon in the first half and take the cocky out of them. Also the boys need to work together and stop trying to outdo each other or flanno needs to review his combinations.

Carney looks good until it reaches Graham.

Robson is a must !! Graham to lock and Gallen to prop...we need more speed and creativity which is lacking. We have a 100kg five-eighth and already lacking speed and smaller players in the backs....

Funny, never thought I would see that. I prefer to see the Chad at halfback.

I don't usually like when everyone posts their side, but this week is an exception I reckon. We all know there needs to be changes made. NOW! Here's the squad I would announce for next week.

1. Gardner
2. Mills
3. Bukuya
4. Pomeroy
5. Best
6. Carney
7. Townsend
8. Gallen
9. De Gois
10. Ross
11. J.Smith (Tight)
12. Frizell (Left Edge)
13. Graham(Right Edge)

14. Gibbs
15. Fafita
16. Tupou
17. Morris

Flame away.

this side looks like it could do some damage love it hope flanno reads this

so where do you put him not half, not centre, not wing, not fullback not 5/8. if you want him in the team put him in lock or interchange

There is absolutely no chance of the halves changing for this game.

If it aint broke don't fix it....oh, wait a minute, it is broke.

It's not working as well as they hoped and it's not the best we could have but changing your halves in Round 3 gives the team no confidence.

Mate, he does everything Robson does and more. I'm not saying he is a world beater or even elite but he is the best we have. Flanagan kept banging on about how good he looked in the pre-season so now it's time to put up or shut up. I'm happy for him to sink or swim but he has to play for us to know.

flannnnnnoh may have banged on about Chad looking ok in training, but he obviosly isnt doing enough to beat out Wade Graham.

the same arguement which is used about the young centres knocking off pom and best.

so chad cant be doing much at all if he cant get ahead of wade graham, despite the forum mentioning he has a superior kicking game, actually has a running game, can leap tall buildings and posses x-ray vision

again, if he is the future, most will die before we get a premiership. or a finals game

Can't wait for this game, we are a real chance and imo manly are due for a loss or two after their hard start to the season.

Best part about it... I get to leave tafe early and get out of law:D

Ok, in round one I can live with their average handling and missed tackles etc. it was raining heavily all week and suddenly on Sunday it was 30 odd degrees and very very humid. It was round one and nobody is perfect in round one, not to mention the dud referee calls. However, round 2 they nobody to blame bar themselves. horrible performance. they had a pretty good turnout, good weather and the knights losing gidley and costigan very early in. im hoping manly this week with our rivalry will be just what our boys need to wake the **** up and play football and give flanno the balls to make those tough decisions. last year we got pumped by canberra round one and facing the dragons was what we neeeded to really focus and play well. hopefully this kick starts our year
