Hahaha. Can't wait until you knobs get to see Robson in the number 7. There is a reason why Parramatta cut him loose. Prepare for pointless inside ball after inside ball. If Robson gets the nod at 7 then Flanagan can kiss his job goodbye because it will be his final desperate act to save his job. Gotta love the eternal optimist's in here. Look back 1 year ago and I bet the same apologists were still banging on how great a coach Flano is and we were hard done by/lost the bounce of the ball/if only the pass had stuck we would be 2 - 0. Wake up and smell the ineptitude. Every week this bloke has to blame something. The **** must not have a mirror in his house.

Mate I am. I know Snowy is down on him but he is def the organiser we need in the 7 to free up Carney and he has a superior kicking game to Robson. We have to stop putting band aids on **** and look to the future. We are in real danger of losing our best young players if we don't start playing. Realistically we are long odds to make the 8 this year so we have to start from scratch IMO. We must find a way to play Friz, Peach and Chad or make no mistake we will lose them.

Yeah well our options for a proper halfback are pretty much limited to Robson and Townsend. One who is experienced and a solid worker but not be the greatest and another who hasn't played alot of first grade although he has showed glimpses that he will be pretty solid. Carney is a natural 5/8th and Graham is showing us with each game he plays that he is a backrower/lock, if we want to see Carney play like the Dally-M Medalist of 2010 then we have to explore options that he can benefit from.

Couldn't agree more. I think Chad is already our best option and every game we put into him is an investment. He seems to me the kind of player that you can base an entire era around if he progresses the way I think he will. He's two and a half years younger than Daly Cherry Evans. Not sure if people realise that or not.

Having him start his career next to Carney will be good for him I reckon. Couldn't think of a better 5/8 to pair him up with, as they both have completely complementing game styles in every single way.

Yep totally agree.

i like Robson at hooker and the reason he's playing well in NSW cup is because he's playing hooker.

Yep it's all good and well to let players develop in the lower grades ala Cherry Evans but we do not have the luxury because **** aint working. If given the choice of a B grade journeyman or an above average junior prospect who bleeds your team colours...well the choice is easy for most.

Yeah they Orford (while he was still half decent) then Hodkinson, who was decent at Manly, and DCE was the secret weapon they had up their sleeves.

Either way if Chad is good enough he's old enough, and I believe that to be the case.

Mate, he does everything Robson does and more. I'm not saying he is a world beater or even elite but he is the best we have. Flanagan kept banging on about how good he looked in the pre-season so now it's time to put up or shut up. I'm happy for him to sink or swim but he has to play for us to know.

I don't usually like when everyone posts their side, but this week is an exception I reckon. We all know there needs to be changes made. NOW! Here's the squad I would announce for next week.

1. Gardner
2. Mills
3. Bukuya
4. Pomeroy
5. Best
6. Carney
7. Townsend
8. Gallen
9. De Gois
10. Ross
11. J.Smith (Tight)
12. Frizell (Left Edge)
13. Graham(Right Edge)

14. Gibbs
15. Fafita
16. Tupou
17. Morris

Flame away.

I'd really like to see what Bukuya could do out one man wider with Carney feeding him the ball. I reckon he could be very dangerous. Possibly as good as what SKD looked off Carney.

I'm not a massive Robson fan, but I think it'd be worth chucking him on the bench this week, so that if we are still struggling by half-time we could chuck him in as half-back and see how the organising half plan works. If we're not, he can play the hooker rotation once De Gois gets KO'd again.

Robson, the chad, I don't give a **** just get graham out of the halves. Put graham on the bench even and he can come on and play wide and just concentrate on running and tackling which will be better for his game
