both of brett morris tries were tries.

beaus try shouldnt have been a try, lewis' should have.

im touch and go on the fifita try. lucky it was called a try

Couldn't agree more with this Snowy, although I did think Fifita's hand got there simultaneously at worst, which is a try. But how the ref called that live, I couldn't tell, so yes we were lucky the ref called it as a try.
What did you think about Gal's no try?

no way in the world should Lewis' try been given, clear promotion of the ball, was only a slight promotion but he still promoted the ball
The promotion of the ball is irrelevant; you could not see the line on the reply and thus there shouldn't have been enough evidence to overturn the on-field decision. How do we know that the ball wasn't on the line before the second movement?

By the way, did anyone notice that Friday's telegraph showed Rebecca Wilson as tipping the Dragons then Sunday's tele had her tipping the Sharks?????? What's the go there? It's definitely true, as I just checked Friday's paper here at work and it was only yesterday I read the Sunday Tele. Her only defence would be that is was a typo.

Conspiracy or co-incidence?

disagree, there was no angle to prove the ball didnt hit the line. tiny promotion which he could of gotten away with. on triple m they said it was called a try, it should of been awarded a try, thats why beaus was, because the ref said happy with the contact

Double movement rule is BS.
If the defence can't stop the player getting the ball over the line it's the defence's fault.

No way was the tackle completed when Lewis marginally tilted the ball over the line.
Different story if he got up and made a second effort.

I was actually ok with all the video ref calls and would have been even if we lost (as we should of). A few were close and could of gone either way but you get that these days we have coped some crap loses (Penrith last year) its nice to have the luck on our side.

We played the worst game for years but never stopped trying. Hopefully a lot of confindece was gained and a better performance is put in next week.

I couldn't give a flying **** about whether tries were tries or not, or whether we played poorly, or whether we deserved to win or not. You know why?

BECAUSE WE WON IN THE FINAL MINUTE AND I WAS THERE TO SEE IT AND CELEBRATE WITH THE CSSC!

How many games have I been to where we have been the better team only to lose in the final minutes or have a refereeing blunder cost us the game? Too ****in' many, that's how many.

I will no doubt remember and cherish the memories of Saturday nights win for the rest of my life and to me, that's all that matters!

those scenes were unbelieveable. lost a beer or tww, wore a beer or two, had my sunnies learn how to fly and then break, "nice shorts, so they make them for men" out the bus window to some young muppet on the street in wollongong on our way out....so many stories,,,and memories....loved it!

well, now im on quiet time at work... what a game... what a trip, the bus trips, you cant compete with it.

we had a guy and a girl from WA experiencing their first ever league game. Brady is now a sharks member and a proud owner of a jersey and training singlet.

the game itself was a stinker, im surprised we completed 50% of the sets to be honest.

reading the comments in here, i think its pathetic that someone gets slandered for saying they are done with this team. we are the most frustrating team in the comp.

to tell him he should of been put in a sock is pathetic as well. most of you bums obviously had phark all to do on saturday night so its a bit piss poor you couldnt even drive 56km to get to the game. again, someone from WA showed up.

you cant beat the feeling that we experienced on the hill after the game. absolutely the best feeling beating those pricks like that in their house.

the bus trip home... phark... im still sore from it. i have bruises all up my arm. well worth it.

good times, i hope we pack out shark park on monday... but we will need to be alot smarter than we were on saturday, or the roosters will put another 40 on us.

a few things need to change...

fifita must start against those big rooster forwards, if he doesnt, start toops instead of taga. some of toops runs were awesome.

heino needs to start with wade on the bench, just to steady the ruck up.

we shouldnt try to attack from our own half, just make in roads and kick to the corners.

lewis needs to baby sit pom and talk alot, gal needs to baby sit carney. im comfortable jono can do a job on SKD.

the roosters right side is the most vulnerable, so i'd be hitting decoys that side.

also, first person to put a dog shot on Beau Ryan should be punched in the face, without hesitation

I dont think SBW would have any problems with Beau, clearly his skits are in the name of fun, and Im sure it would be perceived that way.

Regardless, we are going to be well outsiders in this, and Roosters might play the soft card anyway, thinking we are push overs, but considering we will have pretty much everyone who was missing in the last encounter back, its not like its a replay

Cheers snowman, it was mostly just frustrating to be accused of being a soft supporter for pointing out, as you say, how frustrating our team was being. I never once gave up my membership (never will), but was humbled with the lucky win and happy to see them take the two. I wanna shake your hand at remondis for restoring my faith that that individual represents a vocal minority of the personalities that congregate here to discuss our passion.

mate i hear ya, the whole trip down i had been talking us up as shore things only to see that garbage thrown up.

the celebration was epic with the "never in doubt" being thrown around, despite never leading the game until the 79th minute

1. I didn't bag skekis.
2. I didn't go to the game...shoot me, I live in Tweed
3. Your fat head was on tele and I celebrated that with the missus as much as the win. (Look, look that Snowman!!!)
4. I'm glad Iron Shark can't tackle, it takes the pressure off me now!

But, who is "you"

I read that and thought "you is "me". After all the reader is usually the "you"

Anyway that's just between " you" and " me"
