More side stepping. Yes I have played the game.

I've offered more analysis of what I have watched than you ever will. You never come at me with any of that you just throw poor insults like a yappy little dog. Not even mildly amusing.

Then why were you not concerned about the one out play? Strange post.

Because we tried something new, spreading the ball early when it's not on and before the forwards had laid a platform in the game. We screwed it up every time and this resulted in turning the ball over the opposition in bad field position. We needed to have some sets where we were one out early, then maybe some more conservative spreading of the ball, and then some good kick chase.

A boring one out set with a good kick at the end would have been welcome in that first twenty minutes in particular.

However I did mention that tip on plays would have been good when Newcastle rushed up. This is the sort of **** Gallen and Jez are good at, instead Gallen ran to the edges then popped stupid offloads.

I'm not sure if you even read further than the first line of each post so you'll probably now tell me what tip on plays are again.

We tried your "boring" set straight after we scored points. Newcastle rushed everytime and we barely made 30 metres. We will never match it with the elite teams and coaches with our boring and conservative style of football. The tip on plays are best used by props rucking the ball up MB. When Gallen or Smith do it it's more ball playing at the line than actual tip ons.

Got a bit ahead of ourselves after last week, didn't we?

Unfortunately I decided to make the trek up the F3 last night, what a waste of time.

Went up with a mate (neutral supporter) and we were sitting in a burger joint before the game waiting for our dinner. Flicked through The Telegraph which was on our table and there's a story with Flanno talking about our last three games of the season. This set off alarm bells straight away in my head. How about we get past Newcastle first coach before talking about the last three games? Straight away I said to my mate "I bet Cronulla's intensity is down tonight."

Well unfortunately that was correct and you could see it straight away. Flat footed in attack, no one running onto the ball with intent, a few occassions we put a bomb up and Fifita was the only guy chasing, it was embarrassing and complete rubbish. To me it was worse that our effort against Canberra. You would think that with the signings of M.Gordon, J. Wright, L. Lewis and Gardner to come back that some of our guys would be busting their guts to show the club they're worthy of keeping. If they can't stand up under these circumstances, they never will.

We still have a long way to go.
