Yeah doesn't matter what we do this weekend, if we make the 8 we're there to make up numbers. We can only go so far this year unless injuries/suspensions/acts of God play a massive part.
Not so sure. The finals are a new comp.

We have beaten the Roosters twice and the Cows once already this year.

Would love to get the Cows again in a few weeks. Surely we would be the only team this year to beat them twice

That is all true as well.

Everyone lifts and the game changes a bit. The 'do or die' nature of finals reels teams in a little, makes ball control and set completion that much more important, which will bring those expansive point scoring sides back to us a bit.

Lets hope we're there!

We have beat souths as well and only lost to warriors due to our own mistake. Melb worries me the most.

I think Fifita is much the key again this week. Last week was a bloody tough niggly game, Sticky had obviously told their pack to in particular try to niggle, put him off etc etc and to his major credit it backfired. Knees elbows, kicks facials, crushers, dirty twists, that was all evident and will be again from Klemmer and Co, we just have to ignore, serve a measure back, but focus on tough mistake free footy.

Good to see Toops named on the extended bench.

Great news, if he is ready he has to come in for Boogy. I think we need the size of D fifita this week and I think Boogy has been a bit quite of late.

Or does flanno grow a set and drop gordon put barba to fullback and tupou comes onto the bench? Never in a million years but its the best move he could make.

If Barba wants to start and play the full 80 at the back then I agree with dropping Gordon and bring Toops in.

Not only does Toops eat some meters with strong runs, but he's also an attacking weapon with his offloads.

Not sure if Barba should start at fullback this week being at belmore and all. The jeering from the crowd would make or brake his confidence. Bring him on after 30 and hopefully he can spark something and shut the crowd up.
