Our forwards were dominated all night. Kicking was poor. Carney struggled in Defence. Attack was predictable.
We have the worst for in the 8 and unless we can defend like machines all day we will struggle.
The Roosters were first class and we were well off the pace.
Focus has to be on winning all our remaining home games. See if we can sneak a win against St George away.
top 8 is still on. All good

I think Roosters can go all the way. They have had 5 shut outs and majority have been over 30 points.

It showed the difference in quaility between depth and first grade talent. Tafua, Taga, Peachey, Ross all look better when Gallen, Lewis, Graham and Toops are in the side. Peachey is not a second rower he will be special but not as a forward. We should play him somewhere else or not at all. If someone is needed next week should go for Sopoaga.

Positives out of that game it wasn't 50-0.

Th only thing that will stop the roosters is their halves. They showed nothing during the origin period will it be the same during the finals?

For me, in 35 y of supporting, i can only remember one similar dispirited effort and real thrashing. Just hope we can meet them in 5 weeks with us having a full uninjured team( including gardner) all fired up at home.

Was it against the tigers in about 2009 when they put 50 odd on us at home ?

highlight of the night for me was the myth...

almost passed out, fitz started talking footy to which he piped up and said "oh, you're finally talking footy now fitzpatrick" although that wont read funny, you werent there, but he was blind and we all pissed ourself.

he followed it up by calling fitz a knob jockey and asking him if he liked scotch. credit where it is due, fitz was returning serve, but the myth grew extra confidence in himself with a belly full of grog.

the snap chat was insane of the chunder as well

Sorry make that a third game, no i was thinking that debacle at Parra with Peachey as stand in Captain. Maybe my current disappointment in that recent display, is affecting my memory, but even when we had weaker full strength teams, we mainly stood up and hurt em and played for each other. Watched it with my son who played earlier in the day, and all i could focus on in terms of telling him about trying hard, never giving up, guts, effort etc was Fifita, although i did think Townsend was ok as well. End of Rant.

hahaha fitz was good value, I tried my best but he just kept returning serve, his name changes on here were great... I had nothing

He did say however the reason he doesn't post on football topics on here was because my insightful posts cover everything he would say... Well that's what I heard anyway

That chunder was epic... I have no idea how mothy could stand beside me the whole time videoing me without adding to the puddle... It was big enough for Jimbobby to trip over

The replay of this game is on fox sports 1 now for anyone that can put themselves through watching it again. 2010's chunder sounds more appealing though.
