There are times when Beale provides some quality touches .

However the zero trys and zero line breaks for the season is starting to look damming.

And that is allowing for our poor structure.

Poor structure?

We don't have any structure.

Beale is wasted at the moment.

Well, until Flanno gets his his act together.....which doesn't look anytime soon....

Its probably wrong for us to talk about poor or non existent structure.

We set up the same as every other team.

We run the same plays.

It is probably more accurate to pinpoint our diabolical execution. It is slow and clunky.

This comes down to the halfback and the coach.

A fullback that threatens a run, a kick or a good cut out pass is also instrumental in these plays.

I'd shout Leutele my Opal card so he could catch the train to Redfern. In return they can give us John Olive or Aaron Gray or someone like that, no worries.

Footwork is just for show if you can't do anything with it. Passing is an after-thought for him, and he rarely breaks tackles. I doubt any other teams would be wanting to target him for recruitment. But then again Jono and Matthew Wright both ended up with contracts after leaving here, so maybe I'm full of crap.

Oh I agree about Leutele I think he is mediocre. I was disagreeing with the "75% of our contracted players aren't good enough" thing.
okie doke fellow shark tragic i'll bite..
my rationale' is as follows

1. feki, runs hard and punches the D line when fit. would struggle to get a gig @ the chooks , melb or dogs as he's too linear.(trade)
2. beale , smart footy brain, but we aren't playing 9's. mister 5 metres. (trade)
3. leutele , tall athletic pile of puss who's mediocre left side step wouldn't fool your dead grand mother. (trade)
4. gordon , catches the occasional football while he reads the seniors weekly.*parra lol xmas stocking filler* (traded)
5. tagatese , zero discipline zero desire. (trade)
6. prior , runs like a queen & like a queen turns his backside to the D every chance he has to offer off loads no one wants.(poetic license) (useless/trade)
7. bakuya , started off as a competent back in the day, but injuries stifled his career. hasn't broken a tackle in 3 years stupid re-acquisition. (trade)
8. D. Fifita , big, tall, lazy, fat, only has this gig because of blood ties. park footballer at best. (trade/get our lollipop back)
9. robson , need i say more? (retire/trade)
10. graham , competant toiler/plugger , no unique skill set. (trade/downgrade contract)
11. tupou, aging relic. guts but no glory, (retire/trade)
12. heighington , has a will to win, but not the body (retire/trade)
13. ayshford , the quintessential centre of the people, with cerebral damage that is. (incinerate/trade)
14. arona , has decent stats , butt offers nothing to a team of try hards. (trade/downgrade contract/or **** right off)
15. gardner , waste of space (traded)
16. roqica , Abbott needs a good grass cutter at kirrabilly. (trade/deport)

That's around 67.6% so not entirely 75% as i stupidly advocated. but hopefully you get my perverse drift.

Glad your not in charge of recruitment... Not everyone in a 25 can be a superstar... You need to watch dfifs prior and wade closer cause they are way ahead of were you rate them.

So we should get rid of feki as well cause he couldn't get a run at the Storm chooks or dogs...

If we are letting go all these players, who are we replacing them with?
Also taking in consideration we use the Salary cap!

And is basically 1 step away from being picked for the world champions. 1 or 2 injuries and Feki is in the kiwi side, he's already a regular squad member.

I reckon most of those guys that oozy has quoted would easily pick up contracts at other clubs if we released them.

Only Robson and Roqica would miss out.

As mentioned the Wright bros (Matt and Jono) are still playing first grade.

Jono played for the fdigs as well so his theory is somewhat flawed cause he was good enough... Was he a premiership player can't rrmember..

Feki would kill it at the dogs. He is just the type of winger they go for. Reminds me of a young Matt Utai. If Brown and Wright can look good on the end of those backline movements, Feki would be a superstar
