I think the NRL's being consistent with it because they don't want another Simmo - Pritchard incident. Simmo had to go to hospital and was on the verge of missing 2 weeks instead of the one due to the concussion.

I thought the Pritchard/Simmo one was okay and it was a shame they missed out on a try due to it, just like Graham did.
But the other Pritchard ones were not okay. I think if you go for a real shoulder charge, ie with your hands down and you had no intention of wrapping a player up, then it's wrong. Also, if you have a massive swinging arm while doing it then it's also wrong. But if you're going for a normal front on tackle and they drop their head into your shoulder, it's a good tackle and should be rewarded.
Okay, finally got home.
Easily the best night since last year. From hanging with DI at the game and after the game, to catching up with some of the coolest people you will meet the night had it all.
Annoying the hell out of the Cov, and asking him the most ridiculous questions, challenging him to a street race. Eventually he told me to 'please go away'.
Having a few waters with the boys (Wright, Robbo, The crab, J-mo, Chad, Stapo, Poms, Best, Friz, Ross) after the game. Told Matt Wright I have followed his career since SG Ball, and having him absolutely stunned in belief when he knew I was serious was pretty swell. Teaching Chad how to respect his elders. Asking Besty if he is going around next year and he said still not sure, which I replied 'You'll only be 38, you can do it', having Poms spit his drink out laughing. Then Challenging Poms to a wrestle, which he laughed at and asked how much I weighed. Asked him about the 'pom slam', he knows what it is! Playing Cricket with Ross, which I still don't remember.
Oh yeah, talking to Chris McKenna at the Caxton!
That's just a paragraph of little highlights, probably doesn't even make sense. Was an awesome night though!

Normanby. Was very quiet, I am guessing that's why they went there. All are very nice blokes. Anyone who can put up with me, is a top bloke in my books haha.

Was a great night. I have had some greqt footy trips with some good people, but friday night was simply the best one yet. Spent it with some of the best people going around. Wouldn't have wanted to be with anyone else.

This is what pisses me off with the Broncos - they always make sure that the CSSC is nowhere near the away supporters bay.
Our supporters **** on theirs and it scares the **** outta them.
