Also, apart from the great footy and the great crowd enjoying the sun, it's always great to catch up with some long-term brothers and sisters of Sharkness as well as meet some new members of the great Sharks family.

I can't wait until next week.

Really good game yesterday, especially when considering the absence of Gal and Snowy. Another promising thing was that we were able to play well even though we were leading by so much at half time. Our team haven't been in that position this year and I wasn't sure if they would just try and defend and then crumble.

Really strong signs for the rest of the year and next year. Special mentions have to be made to Morris and Dougie, they really stepped up.

great game, that is so far the best atmospher I have experienced at shark park. Almost as good as the 08 home final. Everyone did their job and played well. How good is stapo, he gets in their and runs like a forward.

What I'm enjoying in the aftermath of this game is that we are finally being described as 'winners' rather than the other team playing terribly.

Headlines this morning are describing us as 'spectacular sharks...sharks put bite on...Cronulla still have plenty in the tank...'

The only one otherwise appears to have been instigated by Ben Ross and John Lang describing the Rabbits as flat and tired.

ross also mentioned after the game that players commented on heavy (waterlogged) legs after the game.:cheers

Watching the game now, i find it hard to fault any of our players.They have all stepped up, our support play is spectacular, our positional play in both attack and defence has been spot on.

Also. I dont buy into that rabbits being in an off field shimozzle bull****. Watching this they still threw it at us in attack and tried in defence. We simply beat them out of the game, we were strong in defence and in attack.

Was the Jim Beam girls walking around with their arse and tits hanging out
( I'm a 34 year old male and i don't mind checking out chicks)

And i know the mermaids or the "sharkettes" i got told they are now called,
Kinda dressed the same but the JB Girls promoting alcohol.

But maybe they should stick to walking around the leagues club or other licensed venues.

Just my thoughts as a Dad with my young kids at the game, if i was 18 again i maybe would think different.

You sound a bit like a wowser to me. Not to worry as this affliction can be cured readily with some alcohol and visits to a strip club.
