So how come he got the same treatment 2 days before origin and played? Claiming he couldnt play for us cos of the 7 day recovery

dont know mate no medico, i did read that he got twice as much drained from his knee as he did before origin so i guess might take a longer recovery. it shttis all of us that we have players missing.. i dreed to think whats going to happen in origin 2 in regard to injury would love nsw to win then lewy announce his immediate representative retirement.

I'd love to see that, if not this week then some point this season - mostly interested in Holmes and Brown partnering with Carney.

Got a feeling he's gonna retire from footy soon.

who Lewis? Hasnt met any expectations of what he can play as, of course he had the injuries/

That's what I'm saying. We haven't got our money's worth out of him yet and I was hoping that we would get a bit back once he is over his current injuries.

I dont care what line-up we put out next week, with Sharps game plan, or lack thereof, were going to get pumped anyway.
Im with the others, anything less than 40 will surprise me.

You don't have a career of 10 plus years , You don't play origin represent your country in the toughest game of all if you have anything that represents "dogging it" as you call it in your system.. I think Sadly like many lewy is getting older and his body is stuck together by stick tape.

A rumour doing the rounds is that Lewis told the coach that he has the *****s because he came to win a premiership and is sick and tired of running the ball up and getting smashed. This guy is one of the toughest players of the modern era but it makes you wonder.

Does this mean he is leaving to go play for Canberra?

I will never bag the club for buying Luke Lewis. Anyone that does is a ****ing idiot. He is a top line player, and at the time he become available you don't say no to buying him
