How good is winning, awesome work boys!

Highlights, Ross and Gibbs, well done, some serious meters and tackles, Robson, what a buy, i dont think TC could control the game for a full 80, Robbo is solid and just does what is needed.

I hate to take away from a good win but over the last few weeks since Morris has come on, we have done nothing and seem to lose all sting in our attack, im not a stats man but im sure there would only be 2 or 3 tries on the 30 minute period he in on the field.. i know De Gois isnt 100% at the moment, but we need someone solid to come in when IDG is off the field!!

Carney, just brilliant!!! The 40/20.. game changer!!! Holding that wrecking ball Hurrell out with a couple if minutes to go was awesome!!!

Bring on the bye then the Broncos after origin!!!

2nd place is what we need!!!! Lets get a home game and slide our way through the finals... Sharks 2012 premiers!!!!!!

Time should always be halted for stopages. Spending too much game time watching players just standing around waiting.

Alternatively use injury time added towards end of halves like in soccer. Would add an extra dyanmic with players not knowing how much time is really left will be harder to shut up shop and try and close out a game.

summed up brilliantly

was listening to grandstand and wok was of the very firm belief that is a resserve grader. one of the other commentators was slightly more optimistic and said fringe first grader. when he came into grade a few years back he seemed to promise much more. it's a shame, whatever the reason.

Just remember seeing tupuo and Gards are the ground as Toyota cup was being played . Tupuo has slim and built too being happy and cheer ful! While gards was running/jogging around the park. Looks like they want to get on the park!

Flanno soon you'll have some tough decisions ahead! But I want tupou on the bench instead on tags

Toupo is an easy replacement for Taga. No brainer. Slotting in Gards could be a bit tougher but expect he goes straight back to FB while Wrights form will keep him in the team but on the wing.

Lol at Matty C spelling as well

A three times buggered knee will do it to you.

I still have hope for him but I would rather he wasn't in our first choice 17. He took a year to recover from his last reco and then was one of the form wingers in the NSW Cup.

What happened in the cage on Saturday night? I can't see it very well from the Peter Burns Stand but there seemed to be a kerfuffle down there during the game.

Some mohawked Warriors fan was frog marched out by security going off his nut. Got a rousing farewell from the Curtis Hill lads...he didn't appreciate it much!

Yea for the first time I'm actually hoping Toops gets back into the side when he's injury is healed. The only problem is, that I think we need 2 front rowers on the bench. Ross and Gibbs are amazing but they need to be rested. So who drops off?

14. Fifita
15. Graham
16. Taufua
17. Toops

I rate Morris, however the only reason I'm dropping him is because if DeGois gets injured during a game, we can slot Robbo into hooker and Graham into half.

We have Gallen and Smith who play more direct like front rowers, though they aren't really front rowers in terms of size.

It wouldn't hurt for Toops to get in and do more of the heavy lifting IMO.

I want to see us spread the ball earlier and go less up the middle particularly in later stages of games. Tafua is a good defender and can cover either on fringes or in the middle so I would be willing to give Jim bobs bench a go also considering slide rules point regarding Gallen & Smith. The good thing about that bench is we should always have a fresh impact back rower on the field.

i watched the manly game this week and bulldogs do it all the time, but they all use forward to forward passing and then edge forward to a centre, especially glen stewart to an outside back

this means the defensive line really has to adjust and slide and its difficult to do so, both bulldogs and manly take advantage of this

why cant we do this! we have these amazing quick edge players in bukuya and graham and toups is coming back aswell,

imagine a set up bryce gibbs hit up with graham supporting quick pass to graham on the edges graham makes more meters and has the passing skills to get it to say best who we know can take advantage of a defensive line with his tackle breaks

would be amazing, instead we just seem to do 5 hitups and kick, the thing is we were doing similar things to this in the beginning of the season wade graham making metres to the outside and getting the ball to the centre we scored tries from it!

but we seem to have gone back to boring, unimaginative football, carney needs to run the ball more, it might just be me but our organiser in robson seems to run it more than carney, who has the much better running game, just seems nuts to me

i mean why not utilize our strengths, we have fast edge forwards and big centres why not utilize edge play a bit more?

During that game the NZ #6, Maloney I think it was.

His time waisting tactics before taking a drop out, the ref told him numerous times to hurry up, but he chose to ignore the ref.

My question is why didn't the ref call time off and how long have you got before they must take the kick.

Very frustrating when it happens

I'm pretty sure you've got 40 seconds. I've been timing most teams this year and the refs are always onto that time. The one thing they do right haha.

Funny story: After the first warriors try, Russell Packer walked back for the kickoff, he started walking backwards towards us, then tripped over the advertising sign, I let out a bit of a laugh, Russell turned around and gave me a lethal death stare, I damn near shat myself.
