Another thing too, the suits that want to move all games in Sydney to big mega stadiums need to attend matches like last night. As if that stadium at homebush would ever be able to replicate the atmosphere of last night.
would the mega stadiums attract a bigger crowd ?
Nowould the mega stadiums attract a bigger crowd ?
Dude the crowd was over 12k and you can't say our base is only 9,000. It was a Monday night game in terrible weather. Plenty of fans would have stayed home or not been able to make it after work ectwas the crowd last night 10 g and if that was 1000 souths fan then the supporter base is 9000 i thought our supporter base was bigger than this and if these mega stadiums are home to opposition teams like souths the crowd would be bigger and all the profit would be sharkies

Big Stadium would mean less crowd cause people don't wanna pay their money to sit in a mostly empty stadium with zero atmosphere.
Shark Park is da bomb for watching footy out. Plus why give up our genuine home ground advantage for trying to earn a little extra cash on the side.
Lower crowds and less "home game" wins each season ultimately means we lose money and supporters
also they mentioned that the players stood in a huddle at full time for a few minutes and it was Todd who took charge. Seems to have matured allot since joining us and its great to have him locked up for the next 5 yearshttp://www.triplem.com.au/sydney/sport/nrl/
interview with toddy and talking the game, good listen, they wrap us about our song singing with ALL the fans knowing the words. love it....
yet we can play at 2pm on a sunny sunday arvo and struggle to crack 2k...Ok

Things from the game.
* I think it was Taga who went off for treatment on the sideline and no one came on to sub him (1 man down) and Souths scored, why do that when we are defending right on our line.
* Beau rushing in field during the game leaving his wing wide open. Maybe a concern
* Hearing Fifita call out (F yeah) after getting that penalty for being taken out. The guy is weapon.
And I wish the refs would stop blowing their nose, you can hear it very clearly with them sports ears.

Did the players make it to the fence in front of the Peter Burns Stand and actually make contact with the fans there or did they stay behind the advertising hoardings and clap their hands?also they mentioned that the players stood in a huddle at full time for a few minutes and it was Todd who took charge. Pretty sure he made it back on just after the scrum mate. It was 13 on 13 when the bunnies scored.
