It's not exactly the sort of stuff that I would expect to see from a Sharks supporter.

I don't think that's being a true fan talking like that tbh.

should i have said "awesome i'm so proud to be a sharks supporter now! finally thousands more people will be able to see what a great club we are. people always underestimate us but we play some entertaining footy. people will flock to see our next home game after they see the first class skill of our men... can't wait"

No, but you could always try being a little more positive towards your team.

i show them positivity by watching every single game and making it to home games when i can afford it...and by thinking they can win these games on the day, and by niggling people around me about how great the sharks are....before staggering home disgraced.

i do my bit

Yeah I agree, I don't know when being and fan and being a blind optimist became one and the same. If you spend your money and time on this team like the majority of us do then I think we have the right to complain when they show no fight and get smashed 38-0.

It is a discussion thread, not a joint masturbation one. If I don't argee with what people say (such as currently I don't agree sacking Ricky is the answer to our problems) I will make a counter argument rather than calling them disloyal considering that will likely just offend and piss them off when I don't know anything about them or how loyal they are.

Sure there is a line if you never spend any money on the team and all you do is bitch about evertything then you may get called out for it but that is a rarity and usually ends up being a troll from another forum anyway.

Don't wanna sound like a skeptic... But has this been thought through?

It takes longer to do, and pass, an un-failable First Aid course!

Dunno... just came through on my email and thought I'd put it up here - really didn't look at it too closely.

I went skydiving once... but I missed.

95kg? That'll rule a few of us out haha.

Somehow when I quickly skimmed this thread earlier I read that as "that's a rule for a few of us haha" and assumed you were talking about women, and I was thinking that was a pretty high cut off point lol. Lucky I read it properly this time through.
