Really could use some big For points. We are what, bottom 5? Tied 1st for Against score. Should be a good night out.

**** youre gunning for bird lately
isn't everyone lol? the knives are out for him hard

I think the comments about wanting him to leave the club now are ridiculous but it could just be post game saltiness
alot of players don't have their heads on right now, especially the origin players and yea his form hasn't been great that year but is beale/capewell the answer i don't think so

and dugan, well he's hardly a try assist/try scoring machine is he, would prob be giving us more enthusiasm and better defense though I give him that

I'm OK with Bird back in the centres or fullback but don't want to see him defending on the left ever again.

This will be a very interesting game when you consider two out of our last three games have been absolutely atrocious.

I can't see us winning this one HB. I don't think we're over our Origin hangover as yet.
Souths will be desperate still to keep their very slim semi final hopes alive.

Facts:

We don't play well at home.
Our Origin players are not in form.
The players are cruising and don't believe there is a problem.
Chad Townsend has spent all week at the hairdressers making sure his hair is back to normal after last week's deluge.
Maloney is still have nightmares about Cameron Munster dancing past him.
Souths fans will turn out in numbers to support their team

I think we'll win but I'm expecting it to be close and a fairly ugly game.

Wonder if Bennett saw the performance of his million dollar purchase on the left side......the side he has purchased him for ....ha ha.....

Chad is underestimating how mediocre souths are and overestimating how many of their fans will bother to show up but the points about home game and origin player form are bang on, I still don't think it will be enough to tip the advantage in souths favour though

Yeah mate, all good! Threw a couple of funny ones in there.

Seriously though I'm very nervous about the game. Sitting fifth with so many others around us, a loss could really consign us to the bottom part of the 8.

Next two games are absolute must wins but to get some confidence back we need to win them comfortably.

I hear the slippery conditions were mostly due to huge oily slicks that formed from the product washed out of Chad T's hair.

:) nice post Chad!
