I know mate. I don't want Wesser. Not because of age. Because I don't think he fits the profile of what we need in our back line. IMO we need a talented big fast back to slot in at Centre or Wing. This would complete the side if Cov stays. IMO move Simmo to wing and get a Centre that can draw and pass and take the line on with gusto. basically another POM would do.

He used to be a very good player up until last year.
His form has definetly taperred off.
Penrith have a thousand young backs coming through and Wesser knows his time is up and is looking for a retirement club.
Come in Souths.

I honestly don't see Bukuya as a FG 'weapon'. I think he'll be solid, though atm I can't see him being more than that.

Also funny enough I said a few months back that I thought Orcher has similar qualities as Inglis. Athletic abilites and footballing abilty, though looks like he lacks the strength of Inglis.

seriously though i try to watch as many games a round as possible jus love my footy in general n its safe to say this yr simmo is prob one of the worse centres in the comp, sorry simmo, but he never backs himself, whenever he has space he ALWAYS comes back on the inside, his defence is ok but all the forums r sayin we neeed new backs but atm the nrl is goin on bout loyalty n thats wat we want, like its definately easy to say orcher n bukuya have futures in the game, lets bring em up it may take a while for or side to gel but its bout long term these days we have waited 41 yrs for a premiership wats 2 or 3 more haha
ill tell u all now the yr we win the title i will b living in my car in the streets of cronulla for a month!have all my jerseys in my car one for each day n jus b pissed as a mute living it up aahh wat a time that will be haha

Yer look Simmo isn't a threat for any real opposition team unfortunately, though over the past few weeks he has been our best option there, though with the return of Greg Bird from injury and the emergence of Grant Millington I think 2. Dave Simmons, 4. Fraser Anderson & 12. Grant Millington. Though obviously Stick thinks otherwise atm leaving Simmo in the centres.

Also on the Panthers and Wessar front Penrith have been grooming Coote over the past couple of seasons as Wessar's replacement, though through Coote's earlier than expected debut from his great form in the NYC and his great form in FG they are happy to release Wessar mid contract. Panthers plans were to expose Coote to FG this season and next to replace Wessar in 2010.

also helps to keep him from defecting if hes confident of plenty of first grade...
