Remondis Stadium - Best Place To Sit?

Hey guys,

Just wondering is the lower part of the ET grand stand under cover? In my one venture to the ground I was only on the other side of the stadium.

Im bringing down 3 other boys from Brissy and wanna find the best place to sit, I dont mind the prices just want the best place to stay dry and drink copious amounts of piss.


Also what alcohol is served at the ground?

What are your favourite places to sit at Toyota Stadium?

I have seats in both the Lower Et (undercover) and in the Cage with the CSSC.. both are great... viewing probably best from ET when its sunny, and when its raining and the Cage for the atmosphere.. and most times you don't worry about getting a little bit wet cause all of your mates are soaked as well...

If you go towards the back of the ET Lower it is undercover. I think it would probably be about row H or something but don't quote me. It's my favourite spot for watching the footy, but I don't reckon it's the best for heavy drinking (except for re-fills), it's definitely a more conservative part.

Imo for sheer watching footy alone would be the upper ET, you get a good overall spectacle plus are underocover in case of rain, for atmosphere, the hill.

Only the back rows are under cover - Front 6? you WILL get wet. However the ET stand (both Upper and lower) has its own bar only available to those who sit in the stand - shortest line in the stadium. If you want to stay dry only the upper ET and Southern Stand will do that - the Stadiums biggest problem.

Cheers mate. Geez, no wonder we struggle to break even on each game! If we need something in the region of 13 000 spectators (from memory, so don't quote me on that) to break even, on a wet night we need about 10 000 people to be happy to sit out in the rain. Hey guys! Guys! I think I just found the problem...

Is there anything that could be done? I've often wondered whether we could just knock up some temporary roofing or pull over tent/screens for some of the concourse seating with the help of some of the sponsors... just until the development kicks off and we can make some more permanent improvements. It may make a massive difference to our attendences.

I love my seat in Bay 8 in the Eastern Concourse. Sure, you get wet when it rains but it is the perfect location for a quick dash to the toilets and/or bar during half time.

If i had the chance to go to the game, I would sit near the cowgirls tryline, cause we are going to score a **** load of tries today

The good part about the lower ET stand is obviously if you like to watch/talk to the players/coaches before/after the game etc. It's pretty relaxed.

Yeah I sat in the cage last year but the boys im comming down with will be in broncos gear and thats a big no no for the cage.

I remember moving from P Burns stand in a trial against Manly when it was pissing down with rain and sat in the Southern Stand it is Ok if the play is up your end but if it is up the other end you have got no perspective as to how far they are from the line or whos who the money spent could of been used to cover Burns stand or extend ET and Burns stand not my favorite stand

it is by far the best place to sit!
