i think i've sussed out rep power too.mine went up to 3 as soon as i hit 1000.i think it has something to do with your post number.all of us over the 1000 mark are rep 3 (off the top of my head buz,bort)your on 3867(as i write)rep 6,peach is 5838 rep 8.admins are 10 no what they've posted(scammers)
the number of greens squares is related to dis/agreeing with certain posts.
i,of course,could be miles off the money!

also added to that when you get 100 rep points, you get a green square.

admins give 10 rep points each time they give you a commendation
everyone else i think is worth 1 rep point, or maybe 2 if you have over 1000 posts, correct me if i'm wrong.
