I'd have to say Ennis. I thought he was the heart and soul of the Dogs and I was certain he would retire there.

This is what I most look forward too at the start of a season. All the players running around in jerseys you never would imagine them in. Michael Ennis & Barba in a Sharks Jersey, Fergo in a Roosters, Finch in a Storm Jersey was a hard one to wrap my head around & Orford in green (even though I don't think he played a game of first grade for them)

Still hurts seeing Luke Douglas going around for the Titans. He had one club player written all over him. Preston Campbell hurt too.

Rhys Wesser (however you spell it) in a Rabbitohs jersey was a weird one. Always expected him to stay at the Panthers.

Had to adjust seeing Vagana in our jersey when he first came to the shire.

Have to admit.... seeing Steve Rogers in Dragons gear was very hard to swallow at the time. ET would've been the same.

Oddly the guy I MOST enjoyed seeing in Sharks jumper was English International prop and one man battle-group Cliff Watson. A massive man with a huge Merv Hughes mustache and a glare that sent shivers down many a Kangaroo prop's spine who had to face him. He gave the team that intimidation factor our newly built team required.

It was a real shame how it ended for him, footy wise, he was going to be a Aussie rep for sure.

Bundy Shark... just know he is happy and still very healthy and knows how lucky he is to be alive. The guys a ball of fun with his mates. But you're right.... he was potentially a really great player.

Ya not wrong there that was when Artie Beetson was coaching us and we were broke again big time Adam Ritson was so young but I rember him running straight over the the Chief from the knights like he was a speed bump.

Adam had it all at such a young age he was very strong and was learning a lot of prop ball skills from Artie. Such a crying shame to see what happened to him. He could have been anything the sky was the limit

Big Cliffy Watson was the KING OF HARMEN PROPS
