This isn't about being pro- Gallen or anti- Gallen.

Fact is the bloke has a serious injury.

If you want to bag out one of our players while he has an injury then you can quietly **** off into the sunset.

You're not a supporter of this club. You're not a fan of rugby league. And you're not a fully functioning human being.

Exactly right.... and though I don't at all disagree with what was said regarding future contract money offered to Gal being
less, some people here talk about Gallen as if he's never legitimately injured if and when he "goes down". This is what I hate.
Surely this has been disproven just these past few days (after yet more accusations he was acting) with the injury costing a very
passionate Australian player one last Test appearance.

Nice acting Gal.... fooled me.... but you didn't fool some of the haters. Soon they'll start accusing you of standing down from the
test just to prove them wrong.

I actually like Gal but let me ask you this, do you think in the past few years Gal has pulled out of club games to ensure he is right for a up coming SOO game?

I prefer to give the guy the benefit of the doubt... especially in light of happenings like we've just witnessed where his "fans"
on here have crucified him publicly only to watch as his "little bruise" not only kept him out of his club games but has
probably also ended his Test career.

I'm a gal fan... He never left when we were crap I'm confident he ain't going as we start to turn the corner.... But please your the club captain can we keep this crap out of the media, almost daily speculation will only turn the fans against you go ask dce everyone knows these media stories are driven by players and their managers... Sign get on with it someone should tell him and his manager being out indefinitely hardly puts him in the box seat when it comes to playing hard ball

No one really knows that for sure. Gal is the only one that can answer that. People assume that he does, but really, how can anyone know for sure unless Gal tells them? We can't read his mind.

I back Gal and if we let another club legend play their last season elsewhere I will be ****ing pissed. Been here since the Lang days. Can anyone else affiliated with the club say that?

I do.

Against souths in 2012 i think it was he twisted his knee and he said plain and simple, i could have played on but origin is next so i didnt want to risk it.

I can handle a player getting injured. Thats going to happen. I can handle a player missing games to ensure long term fitness. I can handle players on rep duties its an honour no player should be denied if given the chance.
The only thing that chaps my ass is when a player misses consecutive games pre-origin, plays origin then begins to miss games again. Club first rep second.

I may not be "affiliated" officially these days but 1) I was a 10yo at their first game in 1967 with my father... 2) I've had numerous players
visit my business over the years and many are still among my friends... 3) I'm a club member "in perpetuity" and 4) I was a club sponsor
in the 1990s... close enough?

As for current club officials (if that's where you were going) you're probably right.

IMO we really missed Gallen today, we could ave done with his meters and energy in defense. Would have been good if he was playing and on the Park when Lewis came off.

Ow thought I would add. if he has torn his glute medius, which looking at the size and location of his bruising, looks likely, he could easily be out between 2-6 weeks.

Well hes had 2. Rep round 3. Week 4 vs warriors. He'll play SOO as his next game
Then re injure himself. Be good for SOO 2 do his knee. Battle through SOO 3 be out until week 19 then claim Sharks don't look after him with contract negotiations.
