But every time i've had an enquiry Jess has dealt with in a reasonable time / friendly manner.

I think she was the one who helped me out when I didn't bring my ticket. Really went out of her way to help me it was great.

I recieved a call from the Sharks leagues club the other week and missed it because I was working. Called them back 5 mins later and I am sure it went through to a girl named Jess who had no idea why I was calling, said she hadn't called and before I could get a word in to point out I was infact just returning the call, had transferred me to the store front.. Haha.

Or perhaps this is unrelated.
