as i was watching sharks v broncos last week, i noticed something that i believe is a big problem with our attack, and it is not the fault of either of the halves. i seen some pretty fluent backline movements from the sharks, going from right to left, and we were catching the defence out and creating a 2 man over lap every time. the big problem i had was that every time the ball went through seymour to the wider guys, they were having to stop to catch the ball, hence they were not going quick enough to benefit from the two man overlap.pomeroy was the main offender, and i believe he is not running deep enough onto the ball. he kept having to stop to catch the ball, and therefore all the momentum had stopped, instead of pomeroy running into space and possibly scoring a few try's. pom needs to run off seymour/kiommorley a bit deeper, so he is catching the ball at full stride, and causing some damage.i also believe that seymour is not at fault, because the passes seemed good. what are your thoughts about this comment?
