[QUOT E=Ibanez;790792]Deserves some love. Was a real live wire out there tonight; made himself look dangerous at every opportunity.

He played very well for us last night, he does bring THE SPARK INTO OUR ATTACK. I would leave him where he is for now he is still settling into first grade.... he is going great this is his 3rd game in the top grade and is exciting to watch

Some good is coming out of all our troubles we have to give the young guns a go and they are doing us proud[/QUOTE]

Loved watching his game last night.

Definitely hoping he's stays a Shark for life.

He had a great combo with Gagan

Phenonmenal game today. As I mentioned in the game thread, he was given full reign today and really showed his ability to ball play at the line and posses a nice touch on his short kicking game. Some terrific one on one tacklers on Mannering and Mateo too.

We need to persist with him at 6 and not **** with his confidence. We have a keeper here.

Quality touches. That is what is important, letting him pick his moments and let him do his thing. When he sees something, give him the ball!

Gonna be so good if we give him the chance. Just hope Gallen doesn't rip into him if he ****s up.

He will be so much better for it next year after getting 15 odd games into him and a full off season with the boys.

agreed mate, it's amazing what a player can do when he is allowed to be a footballer

Great game.
We should give him a go at the longer kicks.
If he can kick a drop kick 40-50 metres then surely he is a better option than Robson.

Only saw the end of the game today, but he looked good. Great composure and some good grubbers into the in-goal. He looked like he had a heap of time, like any good player.

He kicked for touch at the end of the game which made a heap of metres too. A good sign for his long kicking game.

He did a fantastic job to not only create the hole, but to then put Jono through it in the second half.

He has a good shot kicking game, however the only long kick he did found Tomkins.

His defence was a whole lot better than last week, he, Wright and Holmes communicated well.

He made one long kick in general play where he looked to just stab at the ball and it travelled a good 60 metres. The kid can kick, I think it's more so the coaching staff holding him back in that department early in his career. Which may not be such a bad idea.

Great stuff. Yeah, I reckon they are probably just trying not to put too much pressure on his shoulders early, which I'm fine with. The season is a write off, so I'm happy for them to use it just to have these young guys find their feet one step at a time.

What a shame we couldn't have Carney and Brown.

Although if Carney sticks around, this guy probably just sits in reserve grade forever.

He has an X factor about him, something not to often seen in our 1/2s of late, with some solid support ie( a good half) he could be a real gun if we let him and help him , he is still learning.

Him and V Holmes HAVE GIVEN US SOME JOY in a crappy year . Gives us hope for next year.

He certainly did have the x factor and would have been great to see him and Brown play together. Ain't gunna happen but Brown does offer it and he was right under our nose the whole time.

These sort of players are rare, so nice to see Brown and Holmes could offer us something special next year . If our coaching staff don'.t turn them into Robots
