Don't think he has an official thread in here besides in the toyota cup section.

What is everyones take so far? I think he is working hard and throwing himself into it but can't do much with the team around him at the moment.

Showing some promising signs in his two game career.

I thought he did well, for the limited opportunity he got. I don't think too many young players would have thrown the blind inside passes he did. It's just a shame they didn't come to anything, if they did, his name would have been in lights. Good signs of things to come.

In a team with no structure, no heart and no passion itll be hard to judge, but he looks alright. Not expecting too much right now.

How did he go last night with carney?

Zero points.

Seriously though he is giving us a new attacking option. Playing broncos on friday will be the test. A little bit weaker defensive line than manly. Kinda hoping robbo is back and we use nu off the bench.

He's obviously still very green but the signs are there. Got great footwork and passing game, and short kicking game. Will easily become a star with good development.

Takes on the line a lot which is good
Missed a crucial tackle on Stewart for the 3rd try but that happends interested to see how he would go in hooker

So he is screwed while he is a cronulla sharks player under Shane Flanagan.

He will be another I bet in 5 years that the coaching staff will **** up and let him go and kick on to be a star.

His defensive reads and tackles were pretty bad that lead to tries...Part of gaining that experience I guess. Will be a work in progress but definitely got the skill set to play at this level.

Not expecting miracles at the moment, was quiet against Manly, but the more he plays, the more confidence he'll get, then we'll see him step up and get more involved.

Agree Crazy Matt , we should not expect miracles , he needs time and A GOOD COACH or a Good half back coach

He looked to attack when he was given the ball (which wasn't much) and is quicker then Robson. Robson should play hooker for the rest of the year with Penani on the bench - Liccha can finish the year in NSW Cup.

Agree, there is no point playing him now.

Probably more pressure on halfback than just about any other position on the field. The best you can do is look for little signs in a halfback in his first few games, very rarely they will set the world on fire. All good experience for his development hopefully.

Hes more a utility player, id say put penani back in as hes a half specialist. Brown can cover off the bench esp at hooker. Although lichaa looks all good as a ball playing hooker

yeah I just want to see what he can create out of dummy half and see how good his runs are, how zippy he is

He is definitely zippy mate. Probably his biggest asset. I haven't seen anything yet to suggest he is a halfback. In a perfect world we could land Adam Reynolds and play Brown in the 9 for 15 each half.
