Well that was entertaining.....

The way we have been playing, we don't deserve to be premiers, they need to take this as an reality check and get on with it

perfect example of this is the other week when he was standing up over the guy on the ground pretending to be tangled up on him preventing him from getting up to play the ball. Was always going to be a penalty and it rightfully was.

yeah I agree. I can fully understand when he gives them away on our line because we are scrambling and he wants us to set our defensive line, if he gave away 3 or 4 of those a game I wouldn't have a issue. It's the stupid ones in their half late in the tackle count that irritates me. Lewis is another player that is good for a dumb penalty like that as well.

Screamed at the TV when we didn't manage to tackle Don at the end there.

Didn't want it enough, we are willing to cruise control our way into the finals.

Not the end of the world, we know if we put our minds to it we can win the big games, and we'll build towards the back end of the year.

Nah, plenty were pox last night, for this year we are still a better team with bird in it. Don't need extreme measures like punting bird early just because we lost to the Titans, he will bounce back.

I was ok with it, made sense to extend the lead to 6. Problem was they seemed to shut up shop afterwards.

That was a very poor effort by us last night, absolutely terrible.

Our completions are awful, too many pushed passes and mistakes.

Just on a side note, thanks to everyone that wished me well yesterday I really appreciate it. Especially BWB and Ev who sent me PMs and texts.

Bit of a scare but thankfully no surgery was required, didn't need to stay overnight, medication should thin out the blood and dissolve the clot.

Managed to catch the second half when I got home from hospital last night and wished I didn't.

This is called cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Bird is ours for this season and despite some ups and downs the team is very well placed. We are paying for his services and he a top player. He needs to play.

Bird was one of our best last week, has a **** game this week and people say to **** him off now.....

Do we say same about heighno if he has a bad game since he will be retiring? just retire now heighno.

we're paying bird this year, its up to flanno to keep him focussed on this year. Its up to jack to turn up with the right attitude.

There is still also origin selection to play for, which IMO is definitely not something Jack has earned so far this year.

He looked good on that edge. Didn't lose much at all with Lewis out. I think we need to factor that in when looking at the future. We don't need to replace Lewis, we need to promote Bukuya then recruit the next Bukuya to take his bench spot.

Still seething about this, we had every chance to seal the game in that second half but we just looked like we didn't want it. 3-1 at home with that one game being a pathetic 1 point win over the Knights isn't good enough for the defending premiers. I expect a vast improvement next week v Tigers.
