thats a fair contest!!!

what about the set restarts. gotta consider those these days

The set restart on the first or second tackle deep in own end is worthless, you want a penalty everyday to kick out of trouble and then have 6 tackles. Few restarts were early in count deep in our territory. They do **** all.

Losing always sux, but when they went bang bang in four minutes first half, I did think here we go, going to get owned..
Bloody chechin sent two of our tries up as no tries only to get them overturned.

hate those early set restarts. yes could be seen as a seven tackle set, but you just don't realise them

I'm surprised so many of you are surprised. Really felt like we'd find a way to lose that game.

Desperately missing on field leadership at the moment.

You ****ers are so predictable.

Townsend dead set dragged the Sharks back in to the contest. They don’t get close without him out there.

.. and then with the game under control Woods gives up a dumb penalty and the opposition scores off a flukey backwards kick... so Townsend sucks!

I give up.

How the hell did he drag the team back in? You don't get it, the bloke is inconsistent, every step forward he takes three steps back.

I can't blame him for sending them up as no tries.

Yep, agree. We're a middle of the road team, it's to be expected. Especially with the last few days and injuries.

Our inexperienced edges cost us dearly. Every time they went wide we were shot.

Perfect 35 minutes in the 2nd half led by Chad just to throw it away with one dumb penalty. Gutted.

no I can’t agree that we would be expected to lose again in the final minutes.
the law of averages this does not happen consistently even for the worst teams.
the pass will be dropped, or a tackle made, it really is unbelievable how we do this

Yep so much inexperience, just decimated by injuries.

I actually think we're doing well considering. Just going to be one of those years I think.

Well the worst teams are rarely ahead with a few mins to go.

Ponga won that game for them. He's a special player and we don't have anyone like him.

Was against the Chambers signing till now. We need him desperately for depth.

I was OK with that, thought his feet were clearly in the air. Would say the same if it was them.

feet in the air
but on Fox
Greg alexander was deadset saying feet touched the chalk initially
he changed his tune soon after!!! I'm sure he hates the Sharks
