Ok. I’ll admit I gave us up. Great comeback by the boys, we did a Tiger.

At half time I was even texting with our old mate Evertonshark and asking if he was going to stay and watch this ****.
He replied he’d rather sit in the car and listen to Billy Ray Cyrus.

Thank God it didn’t come to that.

Mate I don't get how fans give up on us. Yes,the first half was diabolical but how often do we get pumped?

Yeah mate we don’t get pumped often, you’re right but that first half was diabolical.

I’d never walk out, I’ll always watch until the end but we were going nowhere in the first 40 mins.

Penrith played absolutely dumb football in the second half and somehow we turned it on.

A 9 day turnaround now should help our niggling injuries a bit.

If they got givin that 3rd try 1st half, recon I would have been close to throwing a 2 year old tantrum and turned off the tv and wandering off to find something else to do; hopefully it will never be that bad that listening to billy Ray could be deemed better. 14-0 we as sharks fans after having lost plenty of games after leading 14 nil still means score next and u are within striking distance. Also just watched jmo presser duges spewing all day with gastro bug, fifs still wasn’t certain even after warm up, plenty of excuses to have lost it but we didn’t.

If one of those tries had not come off, most fans would be down and calling an end to our chances of making the 8 this year. It's a fine line.

One of the best things, how much I cannot stand Penrith now, always beating them is great & I can rub it into a few Penrith mates eventually. Having a sneak peak on their forum last night, seeing their fans angry & disappointed was great haha.

Finally watched the game. What a ****ing roller coaster. An absolute disgrace of a first half which I hoped earned an absolute ear splitting spray from Bomber, then a much improved second half, however Penrith ****ting the bed helped us immensely, we’ve still got a lot to work on.

Generation next for the Blue, Black and White is looking very promising.
Xerri’s try was cocaine for the eyes, ****ing orgasmic.
Kennedy had a nervy first half but recovered well to salvage a solid debut performance, leave him there until Moylan gets back.
Blake Brailey was much improved, delighted he’s sticking around for 3 more years.
Nikora is fast becoming one of our most valuable players in the pack. Lewis 2.0. Going to miss him greatly next week.
Uele was brought absolute terror into the Panthers, they simply couldn’t handle the big fella.
Williams is developing into an absolute warrior. I don’t know if he’ll ever reach Gal’s great heights, but I’m feeling very comfortable that he’ll be in the 13 when Gal gives it away.

It’s not a rebuild, it’s a much needed regeneration and they’re doing it right.

Still that first half is a major concern and needs to addressed pronto.

Hate to say it , but either Williams or Boogs miss out.
I think we need Capewll on bench as he can play back rower or centre both sides of the ruck , if we lost a back
Only other option is play a Brailey for 80 minutes

I think you have to find a spot for uele.

Capewell needs a spot.

You all know I hate Gal but by the end of the year he wouldn't make our side on form. I'd have him out last year.

No he is around 5-11" and weighs around 95kg now he doesn't use "supplements" and runs too slow and misses tackles. Ive never met him but base my view on what i see rather than swallowing the kool aid.

If you ever feel like having a chat with Gal in person could you please let me know, because I'd like to be there to witness it.

I reckon you're spot on. Boogs gets the spot to start with, Uele gets it against the bigger packs, Capewell 18th man unfortunately. I think 16 players are no brainers in that list.
