Another small thing.

Our kick offs are garbage.

So many teams are using kick offs to create pressure.

Our kick offs are old school restarts , handing over the ball .

Apart from not doing the 1% I believe we we have some good nhetent problems. I love Gal but the amount of minutes he plays is way too much. He plays 70 plus minutes per game which is stupid. He would be so more effective if he played 40-50 mins.

The large mins Gsl plays limits Paulo time on the field. I believe he is a a point of difference we need in attack. He needs more game time.

Seggy .... whether u want him on bench or not he is another argument for another time but for the moment he is there.Getting him to play this last 15 mins of game again is a waste. IF he plays he needs more time particularly in the first half. Our dummy half penetration is poor at the moment.

Our first and second receivers are going sideways partly due to the lack of dominance of our forwards but we need to straighten our attack ASAP. It gives our edges nothing.

Our overall kicking game is poor. Due to the slower ruck more tries are being scored off kicks ..... we can’t diffuse them let alone catch them to diffuse them. I love rucking work of the Fek but he is shot under the high ball.

We are struggling bid time. In all honesty with this cour cattle despite new combos and injury we should be dominating teams with aggressive attacking footy. Instead we are trapped in trying to simply grind.

I reckon you have said a lot of truths Chock. also, way to predictable in attack with block play after block play. Chad is a crab limiting the outside guys opportunities and agree that seggy either needs to play more or play reserve grade. As for Gal, it seems lie he is trying to overplay his hand again! If I was coach I would tell him if he is first receiver in the opposition red zone he will be hooked.

Absolutely gutted by our performance. Drop balls, silly penalties, No go forward and miss tackles killed us on the weekend. The first 20 we had them. We should of pushed for the try, and not take the two points on offer.
We showed the potential but a lot of it was undone.

Pretty much every single team in the comp does this now. Not saying it makes it right, in fact I hate it tbh as a spectacle. But we're not doing anything different to everyone else really.

We take the 2 because we know we can't score trys, was like that last year also.

We take two points because it's almost guaranteed. Any team is tossing the coin by going for a try.

Whilst true in a lot of cases, if we thought there was a possibility that we could score a try than we would take the tap. Flano knows we are struggling so will always take the easy 2.

The best attacking team in the comp takes the two. As I said, every team is doing it, not just us.

Also, it might change the thinking of attacking teams if refs started binning players for giving away penalties defending their line. I'm completely over this aspect of the game.

We had at least two line breaks and we were on the front foot. We had their defence shot. We just took off the pressure. We should of took he penalty, played the ball and ended the 6 with a grubber or a bomb.

I get your point mate. I think this start to the year the way that penalties are at a premium - you take them. Our wins have been 1 try vs a zillion penalty goals after all.

Because it's difficult to break through a fresh defensive line that has only been playing for 5 minutes?

Whats our excuse after 75 then?

My point is you wont wear the opposition down taking the 2. It gives them a rest.

lets the clock run down, takes a few minutes off and extends your lead... thats a no brainer if you are up by 4 6 or 8

What? I was asking what our excuse for not being able to break through tired defence after 75 is, seeing as though that was the reason for taking the 2 early
