Re this game or the probable result in week one of the finals, if we lose to Storm & Raiders beat Tigers does anyone else like our chances more of beating the raiders down in the ACT more than beating the Cowboys @ either Homebush or SFS?

I think both are definitely winnable.
Raiders are done for the year, Austin wont be back until at least the second week of finals and even that will be rushing him, they leaked 30 points against manly and looked pretty poor for good periods of the game, they were pretty sloppy against the eels too. I don't think they will go to another level in the finals.
Cowboys are finally hitting some form after a pretty bad period there but we always seem to lift against them, we will be out for revenge after they embarrassed us in last years semi.
Raiders in Sydney would be best case scenario (i.e both lose)

Something concerning me is one of Smith's favorite plays which is a short ball wide of the ruck to a barn storming Tohu Harris close to the line, it has worked well for them all year resulting in a number of try's.
That play is gunna be coming right at Chad & Lewis/Boogs in the defensive line all night. They better be on song and communicating cause Harris is pretty slippery for a big fella

I know we have to beat them all to win the whole shebang but week 1 in the finals, personally, I'd prefer to take on the raiders either here or even down in the ACT rather than Cowboys here in Sydney.

Doesn't matter who we play, we have to win no matter what.
Just win every game and it will all take care of itself. Easier said than done I know but we're in the big boy's club now and we have to strut ourselves like a top four side. No fear and take it as it comes.

Dunno, I know more recently we should have beat them but come the last minute or minutes of te game Waqa scored a unbelievably soft try out wide, threw a dummy form dummy half & just strolled over to win the game for them.
