Been thinking about this, not many teams in the 8 are in form atm. Melbourne lucky to beat Souths, we've been down a for a while, Cows also. Only Canberra and Wests are showing real form atm, regardless of their competition of late.
All teams go through a slump at some stage and we're in ours now, have been for a while. At least we get the chance to come out of it before the finals. I'm not overly concerned, even if we lose to this mob.

Agree Bundy but I guess I'm talking big picture. Souths have been horrible and should have beaten Melbourne on the weekend. It can happen. I don't want it to though.
With inglis back in the team the souths team isn't too bad they just aren't performing, when they are on they are still a decent side. Dragons on the other hand have been close to full strength all year and are garbage.

Never discount the local derby angle. In past years we have been absolute garbage when they were at their peak and have knocked them over. Last example I can think of was at Shark Park a few years back when we beat them at full strength with a patched up side 16-4 or something.

Both teams are garbage. GI hasn't been out for long, they have only won five games all year. Garbage.
True local derby's are always different but thius close to the end of the season, we are coming of a pretty awful loss and want to bounce back quickly, dragons have nothing to play for I just dont think they are going to have much on us.
