Great win last night. After toughing out the first 20 minutes, I thought we were perfect. The Raiders were off their game but I don't really care about that.

Wasn't really confident of a win but it was a real fun game to watch for our team. Players ran great lines, Wade got himself a hattrick and the Viking clap was only happened once after the start of the game.

I wanted to talk about the tries we scored, other than the Wade's barge over, they were all well constructed. That is something I feared without Barba and Ennis that creating would be harder but Maloney had a night out. If Chad can play like he did at the start of last season, I think we'll go alright.

I was a little down on this team after last week and I thought Canberra would be too good for us last night. However, if we have more performances like that this year, I wouldn't write us off of defending our title.

Mate so did i. I didnt think our handling would be so good, and i thought theyd make us pay every time. Which is what happened with the first try

Remember reading something couple months back that said something like in the last 25 years whenever the raiders have finished top 4 in a season they have missed the 8 the following year, I recall thinking that was a bizzare stat, I'll try find it.

all in all, this was a fantastic game

the lapses just before half time and right on full time were a blip on a game we really dominated. 16 points flattered them and we didnt really deserve to have it scored against us

and **** canberra. i have a few friends who are raiders fans who were talking **** all week and then deactivated their social media accounts

i had ridiculous messages saying that their forward pack was better than ours. i tweeted this out, but it is worth mentioning here:

i was really worried about this game, particularly in the way canberra finished last season, but it looks like that could work against them

plus all of their players looked fat, and the mobility of our old, ageing, not line bending forwards took advantage of them

so all in all, well done cronulla, and **** canberra in the mouth

Was at the game last night and wowee were their some douchebag Canberra fans in the crowd but we were loud and proud that's for sure. The cheering from the faithful last night was just as loud as the raiders, we always get so much support here in Canberra. Boys played awesome, clinical and determined. Cant wait for the derby next week I just want to continue the momentum and get our first win at home!
