Gee St George were as bad as it gets yesterday. Horrible. In recent years we probably win that game 12-2 so it was nice racking up a few points. The positive thing is we still have enormous upside in us with Maloney having the worst game I have ever seen from him, doubt we see that again.

Huge wraps to Chad for standing up and taking a game by the scruff of the neck. I always knew he'd be a good foil for Maloney but to see him dominate a game like that was great for us. How nice it is to have two capable halves!!!

On our attack inside 20.....I heard a stat yesterday that last year we had the third most tackles inside 20 but were 15th for tries scored inside 20. That is a damning stat.

I hope the win doesn't paper over Flanno's decision to play a centre (and not even a big one!) on the bench. We got lucky yesterday with the free interchange and the opposition being god awful. I could understand Flanno keeping Leutele in the side after yesterday's game but my preference would still be to get Bird over to the left and have Beale setting up Val.

maybe he had Beale on the bench as he is coming back from injuries just to get some game time,

wow just wow what a difference having a kicking game makes.....well done to chad also yet to watch the replay but did val just casually pick up chads grubber with one arm or was I just dreaming

Haha he did mate, reminded me of Peach. Hopefully Flanno gets that out of his game.

much better quality all round from the club. The atmosphere was great, the ground announcer was not on fire, but still got people to laugh and helped build up the day. I got there early and there were people waiting before the gates had even opened. Gorman will keep improving the club every year, still our best signing by far. Was a good day out and besides gallen not knowing the name of the stadium(very very poor effort, club captain should be the first one to know the sponsors names) found everything to be stepped up.
