More motivation for the game, Wendel Sailor sticking the boot into us on Triple M Saturday arvo, saying we don't know how to win and he guaranteed the Queens will beat us twice this year. I don't usually take stock what that knob says but it would be nice to show up that arrogant toolbox.

l am thinking the kid from Manly will slip in to the second row and Wade will slot into lock, but then again Paulo has been good. Either either we seem to have it covered for the saints ladies

I'm more intrigued to see if Beale gets a run
(Hope so).

If Beales fit should he be back next to Val and Bird switched to the left?
I feel like Bird is a strike weapon in centres, but completely cancels out the winger like many gun centres. Having strike players out wide on both sides would benefit us much more, and also take less pressure of Feki in attack.

beale has played left centre before. I'd bring him straight in to replace ricky

Also think Gallens early injury is a blessing in disguise. We usually always step up through diversity. And when the team lifts and hits form then King Gal returns its some extra wind for the sails. And also i think our forwards is crying out for some new blood and a spring in the step to take the "new way" forward.

I understand that, but Beale and Val compliment eachother, and this is because Beale isnt that "Strike centre" hes a complementary player . Bird and Val is dangerous yes, but abit over stacked out on the right now. On the left graham has no one could really use i player like Bird. Spread out the quality?

but bird is a right side player and even at the drags when he was playing second row he was on the right. He's best suited for the right hand side. It's not always as easy as just saying we can shift a player to the other side. Unfortunately players are just better suited and stronger on one side of the field.

If I was a betting man I'd say all the preseason training bird did at centre it would have been on the right.

Beale is a classy centre and didn't take long to strike up a partnership with val. I'm sure he can do the same with feki, a player like feki will benefit in having a player like beale on the inside of him that can get him into some space

I like Feki, but maybe our left side could comprise of Beale in the centre and Gagan on the wing.

Eventually I'd like to see this, but Gagan needs to play more than a few games in a row before getting the call up imo. Hasn't played much footy in the last year.

I'd like to see Graham given a shot as a traditional lock – Birdy was great for the Titans yesterday. Bukuya in 12, JSL or Paulo on the bench.

Heighington to lock for Gal with JSL/Paulo or Brown replacing him. Beale in for Ricky.

I would entertain the idea of Bukuya starting for Lewis too.

Only changes I'd look at for now.

Reckon Flanno will start Bakuya and Lewis will wear 13. Bird will play 6 when Maloney gets suspended and Beale will come back in for Birds centre position.
Just pray that we can beat this mob no matter what team we put on the park!

Looked on Ticketek and no tickets left for PB stand. So looked ahead and says the same thing for every home game this year. No chance the entire stand is taken up by ticketed members so either the club or Ticketek is dragging their feet in allocating member seats. Probably means people just assume no tickets left so won't bother going on Sunday.

Called the club on this. The guy (didn't catch his name) said all but a 'few hundred' seats are taken by members. They won't be selling these spare seats to the public for a few weeks. So I said..."what, so these few hundred seats will be empty for Sunday's game" his reply was "yes".

Great stuff, Sharks.
