Surely with Gal and Fifita backing up from Origin this is the game where we see four forwards on the bench? Especially against a pack like Canterbury's. It just has to be.

Nah the dogs game is the monday following origin 1, players back up following game 1 Cowboys game is the week after that.

We've got a pretty awesome Origin schedule to be honest. Only one game missing players and that's against the Panthers who will be missing a few. Two Monday night games following the origin games. And we play the Warriors at home on the Sat after the other.

Yeah I know but I think Gal and Fifs....especially Fifs....are more critical to us.

Klemmer will probably get himself suspended when he goes all berserker again.

Doubt Fifita will get huge minutes and coupled with his big motor hopefully he's fine to back up.

I would consider gal off the bench through the origin period just to preserve him. Boogie to fill in either his spot or switch with lewis.

if we start to lose the ruck and go a try behind then he needs to put him on asap

exactly. **** id be happy to plan to have Gal on for say 50 odd minutes, but if situations arise, get him on there quick.

We saw what happened last september. A combination of not being up for it, and fatigue had us pumped in week 2. However we can preserve our big minute big guys the better. But i dont want to preserve them to the detriment of the teams performance either

Its actually amazing to see. It makes you think that we are the best team in the comp right now, and our starting props are our only impact and our bench options (or mainly taga) havent added as much as youd like, in fact, that stint when they do come on has been the period of the game where we leak most our points and score our least points, which comes back to our go forward, and how much ground we are losing in defence.

If we had a higher impact bench, we could be a scary beast, but obviously thats a money thing also

David fifita has got to be selected for this game, and with prior back I'm hoping to see a bench that doesn't contain taga, leutele and paulo.
