Thought Tracey did really well when he came on....

Really? I thought he slowed our attack down cos his service from dummy half was so slow. He doesn’t pass off the ground he scoops and passes which makes the defense move up

Broncos now average 31 points conceded/game. How great would it be to see them run last

What about Woods never having beat the broncos before? How’s that for a stat

That surprised me too but I suppose he was a Tiger & Bulldog who're hopeless then a Shark who struggle against Brizzy.

Averaging 36 points a game across the last 6. Can't remember a former cronulla side being this potent with the ball. Shame our defence is so damn bad.

Not to mention we are scoring points when we have had a fair injury/player combination interrupted season.

If the defence gets on par with some of the teams in the top section of the draw we will be competitive. Big ask the way it's been going though.

Simply can't see it happening. We are leaking points everywhere, sure it might be partially a combo thing, but we still should be better. I can't believe how often teams bust us open, not just on our line but in their own 20.

Yeah i'm not confident of it turning around either, particularly not when we keep winning with it happening, bit of arrogance that they can continue to keep doing it and get away with it.

But, if they do turn it around - geez we will be a team no one wants to play in a final.

Grandstand radio today saying sharks team had twice as many nrl games under their belt tonight as the broncos. Truth is broncos had 1137, sharks 859. And we had 631 of those in only 3 players.

This young team is bloody exciting. Up the sharks!

Average of about 50 games per player, that’s barely 2 full seasons
Have to be right down there with some of the lowest counts that have run out for a while you’d think

Wow what a game! Such a top effort in the last 10 minutes we just didn't give in! I was so proud of the guys after the game tonight. Not to mention we had quite a few out & a few very young blokes not going to mention any.

On the down side, once again we let in way too many points mind you we were a very young side though. Not often we average over 24-30 points a game I'd say we must be close to one of the highest point scorers. Highest points conceded aswell though unfortunately. We have got a top young squad to keep going & not give in though. So happy with them in general.

Only Wade, SJ & Woods had over 50 games according to Bomber's presser.

I didn’t think we would come back tbh - overcame everything and got the W. A lot to take from that game.

I think more then anything apart from the sht defence... SJ struggled being the one with all the responsibility and gameplan without Chad.

If Trindall and SJ can game manage better it’ll work well

Surly nearly everyone is leaking point, well it seems like it. Any stats gurus out the can confirm average points per game is well up. I suspect the combined average of losing teams scores must be up as well with this new six again rule, which i now have become a real fan of.

Great to witness such a good win live, I didn’t think I’d see any live footy this year!

Brailey needs to play 80, he is such a weapon. Tracey isn’t bad but we lose a spark with him on.

I love our young players coming through, even though we looked weak in defence it’s so exciting to know we can score em from anywhere. Mulitalo and katoa are brilliant, after so many years of plodders on the wings it’s great to see.

We are a cut above the bottom half of the table, we need a proper win before I’ll get too excited. Big test next week hopefully we have Dugan and ramien back to sure up our d

That looked like a different outfit to me tonight. The passes seemed faster and guys were running harder. Some truly outstanding moments: Wade collecting that drop-out, Toby gaining meters moving backwards and the enthusiasm of the debutants.
I think they were pretty bloody great.

You know what else is extremely satisfying? That was Brisbane’s best. That was their best game all year. That was Milford and Boyd’s best games in 3 years and we beat them with our kids. We beat them with the Jets. Absolutely demoralising for them. What a boost for us though.
