Yep, and hes been thrown there a year or so earlier than the club bargained on too
Agree. My issue with him is not his skill but his intensity. He does run it back real hard but seems to switch off sometimes. Slater is the benchmark and is always thinking and scheming. I hope Val gets to that point.

missing our origin players and against very good dogs defence was good win after being down and not not looking like scoring .

Indeed, but they too were without 3, as well as yenolds and most the game without graham. We easily had a stronger side on paper, dogs were up to it. Great we could get the win in that fashion though as well. Just frustrating watching us attack a try line all night to only score 1 long ra ge try.

It wasn't pretty but the boys got the job done.

So good to have Gallen in the side during SOO time; he was immense.

Simple game plan and a good gritty win, which was effectively a 4 point game for us with next weeks bye.

Yep the Dogs' defence was magnificent, as was ours. Was a great defensive game, really enjoyed it.

Missing Wade, Maloney and Fifita detracts a ****load from our attack. Seriously, i thoughtit was a great win.

Sorry i shoulda said frustrating win. Not terrible. Our team performance was not poor but its that 2014-2015 style jeff robson attack where we just get repeat sets all night that ****s me

Cool game... enjoyed it... some bitch we don't complete sets 2 many penalties.. then minus our big 4 we fix our discipline and errors... and low and behold still bitchin... grindy grin equals winny win.

is English your second language? I'm not bagging him. He isn't a fullback yet. He IS a very good football player though.
He's played 12 games in the 1 this year. I reckon he's a fullback.

Seriously though, what do you want? He was outstanding tonight.

I guess I expect a lot from him because of his prodigious talent. And sometimes I forget how young he is. He is learning and will probably master the fullback spot soon.

So hopefully raiders knock off the roosters tomorrow (shouldnt be a problem). We'll be first, with the bye next weekend. Great stuff

Only one game left without our Origin players and that's against Wests. We're sitting pretty nicely.

Handling was brilliant tonight but just couldn't score a try to save ourselves. Gritty win. Dogs really defended well.

Not unless you're expecting the Storm to lose the Knights next week.

Storms Bye points haven't been added yet.

Val was quiet tonight. Wouldn't go as far as saying he isn't a fullback thought

Didn't help the fact that chad threw a million inside balls tonight

I'm still livid about the refs overturning that line drop out call and giving the ball back to the dogs. How was that possible? Was anything said on TV?
