it was interesting that barba went off around the 62nd minute and ennis around the 70th.

still scored 2 more tries. and heino playing hooker for a while!

what about tagas line break down the left side! that must have been his top speed.
played big minutes compared to usual too.

gonna watch this game again

Ahh it's nice being in a position to be able to do that!

yeah thats what i meant HB. interesting but really positive we have that depth.
and val slotted in real good in fullback and also came up with 2 very important tackles in the last 10 min.

Watching the replay and how good was the pass from Ennis for Graham's try basically passes it perfect even facing the other direction

Ennis had 4 defenders fooled for a pass to Leutele or Feki and boom pass back on the inside.

I loved seeing the team take their time in 20m restarts and getting together for a chat before restarts in front of their line. Shows good composure and structured footy. Usually a good result straight after as well.

ive seen Newcastle fans make all sorts of excuses for this loss. One being, 'we had our reserve grade team out there'

No Mullen, Hodkinson, Ross or Snowden is about all i saw missing from that side, Snowden who probably wont ever play again anyway and Ross who is hardly a first grader anyway.

So essentially missing 2 halves. Might hinder points scoring, but definitely doesnt excuse leaking 62 points. They need to face it, their first grade team isnt first grade quality
