Should follow Crichton's lead and just get it snipped off.

really thought we where the better team, every try they scored was off a poor 50/50, didn’t get any that I can recall, not calling bias just bad luck, bring on Penrith.

Wade hasn't finished 7 out of 18 games this season through injury. Basically Dugan at this point.

Would rather get done by 50 than to lose like that. Few dud calls but we were our own worst enemy like most our heatbreaking loses.

The one call that really pissed me was the Lewis tackle around Tedescos legs. He went all out for the kick chase caught him around the legs chopped him down, but because it’s not a three way gang bang it’s not a dominant tackle. Please, he earned the right to hold that little longer.

Not saying the referees cost us the game we had plenty of chances and went close a few times. But for the Nrl to have Sutton as the premier ref is an absolute joke. I haven’t meet a fan of any club think he is any good.

Its like he he doesn’t get the feel of the game and his penalty selection is odd. Everyone sees foul play nearly every tackle and there are always blokes offside but it’s his timing of awarding penalties that is puzzling. To say he found twice as many penalties from us tonight is hard to work out.

Checin is far better but Sutton will do the Gf so we are going to have to work around that.

Yep we got no favours from the refs tonight. But we had our chances to win that game near the end there and dumb arse ****ing mistakes cost us. Melbourne got dudded by refs last night and they overcame it. That’s what champions do.

So let’s stop whinging, pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get ****ing fired up for next week. Our path to the Grand Final is Penrith and a trip to Melbourne. Two games we can definitely win. We ain’t done yet.

Don’t see how. We play like we did tonight and we can easily beat Pennies and Storm. Not worried, just frustrated and hope we learnt something

So can we expect a full blown out of proportion article from Hooper or co about the spectator throwing that crap on the field as Mitchell went to take the kick?

Yeah, was poor sportsmanship, but it is the Sharks, so articles for days.

Providing we do beat penrith I find it hard to believe we'll have enough gas in the tank to take down Melbourne in Melbourne whilst theyve been resting up for a week.

Hoping I'm proven wrong though

I am just as angry with us as I am with the referees, 50/50. We blew about 4 chances in that game & we would have won if we had taken them. At the same time, Gerrard Sutton is the worst referee ever! 3 of their tries came from indecent calls it wasn't funny. The referees still have their favourites to win the game & they don't stop giving the calls.

I think the refereeing showed we can’t just rely on simple one-out hitups and completion rates to win this year. Too many more favoured teams, and few neutral referees like Cecchin. Need to test the edges earlier, get the offloads back and take the decisions away from the refs
