hate bringing up old wounds, but **** it, here goes
fifita took bromich out late after he passed it - initial penalty should have been against fifita
bromich didnt try to trip fifita, he actually grabbed him, fifita ran off, then turned back for a fight - again - stupid fifita
it then became a 3 on 1, so we werent disadvantaged at all in the defensive line as those 3 out of the play gave us a 12 on 10 situation
the second biggest idiot in this situation was luke lewis, the third, jayson bukuya - cam smith at the play the ball and they ignore him to run in for a stink that was never gonna be anymore than pushing and shoving
those asking for the ref to blow the whistle, why should they? we had the advantage.
if anything, we should have learnt a very important lesson from the canberra game, play to the whistle, always
were the refs bad on the night? maybe. we got some harsh calls against us but they did not cost us the game. one thing though, the refs got this incident spot on, it was 3 senior players that let us down here

Speaking of the old 'If Andrew Fifita did it...' in the GF I think it was one of the roosters grabbed the markers foot and stood up with it and pulled him off his feet. Anyone remember that? That was 100x worse than some of the garbage interfering with marker penalties we gave away.
Doesn’t matter how many attackers they have a short defensive line is a short defensive line especially if the FB has to come into the line.
Didn’t lose the game at all but just part of a series of unfortunate events that led to it lol
