Makes good point defence is better cause we turn ball over in better spots… I seriously just love all the nico love, best signing ever in terms of positive media.
Stand corrected. 2 jobs!Probably still dealing with the shock of having to give the Tigers 2 points this week.

Which particular ones stand out? I can't say I watched every game closely, but the ones I did those points don't seem too far off the mark.Would love to know who some of these judges are:

It's all a circle-jerk around the media darlings for the most part anyway. Reece Walsh had a really poor game overall but scored a try after being setup for a 5 on 3, and then had one amazing piece of play in the 66th minute when his team was up by 16, the opposition had a guy in the bin, and the Broncos had the ball for 8 minutes straight. Gets 4 points.Which particular ones stand out? I can't say I watched every game closely, but the ones I did those points don't seem too far off the mark.
Oh yeah definitely not defending the system. Yeah Broncos is one of the ones I didn't really watch. I was a bit surprised Munster and Moga scored, also Hudson Young didn't strike me as the clear best player on the park to score 6.It's all a circle-jerk around the media darlings for the most part anyway. It's "who did stuff that was memorable at the end of the game?" for most people. Moga and Young both scored in the final minutes.Oh yeah definitely not defending the system. Lachie Miller for one... plenty of errors and missed goals yet still managed 3 points (not to mention 1 for Marzhew who while solid, also didn't do a lot).Which particular ones stand out? I can't say I watched every game closely, but the ones I did those points don't seem too far off the mark.
Is this why you said:It's "who did stuff that was memorable at the end of the game?" for most people. Moga and Young both scored in the final minutes.
If a guy has an otherwise decent game and ends up doing something to "win the match" late, I can see how people look at that player and give him points.
Brailey made the team of the week too. A late try and a late try assist. Is this why you said:
3. Brailey
2. Moylan
1. Wilton
It’s just interesting the way some people see a game.Brailey made the team of the week too. A late try and a late try assist.
It certainly is mate. I have to admit I look more at those who attack rather than those who defend. If a guy makes 50 tackles a game, I'm probably not going to notice it. But if a guy scores a double or more and constantly breaks the line, that I am going to notice! It’s just interesting the way some people see a game.
I actually agree with Burgess comment that a lot of the time, points are given to players who come up winning plays a lot of the time.It certainly is mate. Na mate he was deadset saying move him to centre so trindall and Moylan could be the halves. That guy had to be joking.
Jake Granville was the best player on ground that day by a country mile. Thurston did absolutely **** all. Was actually a laughing stock he got the Clive ChurchillLook at Thurston for the Clive Churchill in 2015.
Michael Morgan created the try for the equaliser.
Thurston then misses the goal.
Ben Hunt drops the ball and gives Thurston a 2nd chance to be the man.
Nope.Is this why you said:

I certainly don't hold it against him that he had a couple of late plays to contribute to the win. I just thought the other three were better across the 80. I also don't think there is any problem with giving points to a guy who made the match winning play, as long as he was otherwise in the mix. I am just opposed to giving points to some guy who had a bludger of a game and then had some nice touches late (like Reece Walsh).I actually agree with Burgess comment that a lot of the time, points are given to players who come up winning plays a lot of the time.
And I’m curious if that’s why he didn’t give points to Hynes.
I agreeNo one actually doubts that Nicho could play 6. The guy could play anywhere and succeed. He's a star.
The reality is that our halves combination will continue to be made up of who the coach thinks work best together. Clearly right now that's Moylan and Nicho.
An article that says he plays like a 6, or that he wants to be the halfback and general, mean jack ****. There have been people banging on about him being all sorts of different positions in the last two year. Given the chance, I'm sure he could prove them all correct.
To say he's not a halfback is bullshit. He tore up and won the dally m playing as a halfback. To say he's not a 6 or a 1 is equally as ridiculous. He's the best player in the comp amd he's ours, who gives a **** what number he wears.
If he wants to play lock I'm here for that too.
