yeah trolling for news on snowy on the knights forum, wasnt taking a shot at you a.snowden just never put you and knights in the same boat, i thought there was 2 a.snowden and spun out wasnt trying to single you out

Just with your first page before it was edited, it looked as though you were publicly trying to name and shame me for posting on the knights forum. I initially took a little offence to it as you can probably tell by my response. But everyone is entitled to their own opinions so i won't hold it against you. But i was publicly asked in one of the threads if i will remain a sharks supporter, even if my favourite player (Snowden) were to leave, and yes i will remain a sharks supporter. I love them as a team, and i wouldn't have gone through the ups and downs over the past couple of years if you weren't a true supporter. It would have been just as easy to walk away. But i aint doing that!

Na mate, i actually was looking for energy drink recipes to make yourself, as i don't like the sugary ones, and they are expensive, i come across that forum page, completely co incidental. Was a spin out haha

I just used to use a small amount of concentrated juice in water with a pinch of salt. Used to use it when I went to the gym etc. My ol' PT teacher recommended it to me... Pretty good.

This is actually one of the recepes from the page
For 2L:

140g Sugar (In the future I'll sub maybe 40g for maltodextrin)

^ This was substituted later by a member for 250g dextrose.

1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp Diet Rite Diet Salt (It's part Sodium Chloride, part Potassium Chloride)

3/4 tsp citric acid

Few drop of yellow food colouring if you want to fool people
I am going to give it a try.
