how come on the website you can buy one home jersey for $160 and another that is pretty much the same for $80? must be better material or something

I haven't looked but I'll take a guess. The $80 jersey is the 2007 home retro jersey. The $160 jersey is the 2008 home retro jersey - the difference being sponsors and the centenary logo.

clearly they've heard all of our criticisms of the ugly white jersey and gone completely to the other end of the spectrum with an all black number.

personally i think it looks like a training jersey and will stick to my retro home jersey for now.

i dont mind it, its clean and simple, nulla definately had some better ones and i agree that it looks like a training jersey. kinda just to plain looking, hardly anything on it makes it look a bit wierd. also as i said before in another thread, refs are more likely to penalise teams in black jerseys, and teams in black jerseys are more likely to commit violent acts

I actually like it, and last years white one, but that is just me, I like different, personally I would like to see the above away jersey in a grey rather then black, being Sharks and all, but that is just me.

Id prefer the white jersey..mostly all black is terrible..players already burn out after 60 minutes of hardwork

They must be resigned to us not playing in the hotter end part of the season again.

it isnt a silk jersey.its the same material the dragons jersey is...so it wont absorb the heat...if not not as much

they should of investigated the wallabies jerseys...interesting make...areas on the jersey are made to help players control the ball..SHIREBOY!...explain the jersey concept

Sounds like the Bulldogs and Broncos, with the grippy stuff around the shoulder and under arm, and shammy cloth stuff on the shorts for keeping their hands dry.

Peach you are kidding, those are the lamest jerseys I have ever seen...they look like they are painted on, and those grippy areas look like man boobs...they are terrible, and I believe South Africa and maybe a few other sides had the misfortune to be kitted out in the same design.

I didn't pay any attention to the Union WC, so correct me if I'm wrong, but the Wobblies' high tech jersey design didn't get them too far.
