Good luck to him, he and Parker are great on the footy shows and speak their mind and I'd think will only get better once removed from a club affiliation..

I really hope he pulls out a few dummy half scoots in the finals, I think I can count on one hand how often he has a run. Yeah he looks like he's running backwards when he's in open space but close to the line most teams presume he's always going to pass or kick it.

Yea when he does scoot he usually runs at a marker or retreating player to draw a penalty as opposed to breaking through and putting something on

Been awhile since the refs has blown a offside penalty in micks favour, hope that changes soon.

True but sometimes the viewer can assume because Mick didn't make much metres that the defensive player is offside - as long as the player has retreated the 10 they can push up as far they want once the ball is played (obviously)
Markers not square is where Mick get's jipped more IMO

Agree he catches more markers not square than nearly anyone but doesn't seem to get the rewards.

Yep ... I've been thinking of looking into the amount of penalties we inside the 40. It seems like we give up at least 3-4 of these per game but rarely receive them. Wit regard to catching the markers out, the Refs just outright refuse to give Ennis a penalty because they think he's milking it. News flash refs - if the defender is offside and Ennis is milking it ... THE GUY IS STILL OFFSIDE!!!

Unfortunately this is true.
You lot are quick to absolutely trash a player. He gave 100% he was hitting some of those tackles as hard as he could. And everyone played with more enthusiasm and tried hard. If those passes stick we win. If that kick comes up with a try or repeat set you would all be calling him a genius or hero. I admit the shoulder charge was dumb but that's how he plays you should know this already and expect it.
