Quality player. But, unless we sign a halfback next year which we won't, then Ennis next year is a waste. Would much rather we paid Lichaa what he wanted and give him 2015 to improve given we probably won't make the 8 with Robbo steering the ship.

Bull****. Ennis can take some of the kicking duties of Old man Robson, so that in itself is a plus over wasting money on nuffie Licchaa

Gonna be interesting to see how Lichaa does go at the bulldogs, i'll put it out there that he wouldn't cop the whole over-rated tag if he'd re-signed here. I'll also guess that if nu brown had signed for another club for 2015 onwards the masses on here would be calling him over-rated too.

Lichaa will kill at the Bulldogs under Des Hasler and will play NRL for years to come whilst we will get probably one good year out of Ennis.

Lichaa barely made it through a game without looking like he was about to die, Nu handled himself much better.

TBH I think the whole "he can't play more than 25 mins without a break" argument is crap. The same was said about De Gois. He joins Parramatta and all of a sudden he can play 80 mins. All our hookers can play 80 mins. They just don't.

Well I disagree, but I'm not writing either blokes career off after a few games. Some of the tackles brown missed, had it have been lichaa missing them it would have been pandemonium on here.

Did I say they were the same? No need to be a cat about it :)

I didn't write him off either, I just explained why people aren't bagging Nu out. People may be less salty on lichaa if he stayed, granted, but he most certainly has not lived up to the hype and struggles with match fitness. Other people's sourness aside, irrespective of whether someone is up front or in the backline, you expect players to be able to play a game without looking like a busted for it, particularly when there's been others with similar amounts of experience (Nu, Politoni, etc) that have looked far less ragged.

I reckon that'll change at the dogs. Des will sort him out. This year was a year too soon for him.

Des got an average dogs side into the GF.

Lichaa will be great under him.

If match fitness is your primary concern with regards to Liccha, that is easily fixed.

I was more concerned about on-field attitude to be honest, but a change of scenery can fix that.

Agree with this. Our coaches have been crap at this since Anderson got rid of Treister. Ennis has to play 80 and we then have an extra forward or utility off the bench. (Ben Barba or Tevita Latu style) I wouldn't even say no to Politoni as that extra forward off the bench who gives us an option. Politoni is listed that he can play hooker or back row.
