Thanks mate. Yeah timing sucks (going to Africa for 3 weeks on Saturday), but not gonna let it ruin me. It's honestly not feeling too bad right now, just gotta smash out exercises this week.

As others have said mate, take a break from the site if it’s needed but you shouldn’t start shutting yourself away. Popping in and talking about something mundane like a Sharkies game can be the perfect distraction you need after a rough day.
If you aren’t already, I really do recommend speaking to a therapist about it all. One of my best mates dad went through the same thing you are now and he had that solo solider mentality and it nearly broke him. Finally went to a therapist once a week and said it was one of the best things he’s ever done.

Did not enjoy handing in my resignation today. That was rough. Had to do it over the phone as the boss wasn't in the office on Tuesday or today and travels on Wednesday. Definitely caught them by surprise, feel like they were in a state of shock tbh
