My guess on his email address would be lgorman@sharks.com.au I guessed with Flanno's as sflanagan@sharks.com.au and it got through.
I'm sure there was a member's email somewhere where he was encouraging people to email him with suggestions/problems and it listed his email address. Give mine a go mate, worst thing is it will bounce back to you.

I agree how unprofessional it is. We need to get this right and get it right very quickly.

So I took your advice. Lyall forwarded my email to the membership team on Wednesday and I just received a call from someone (forgot his name). They have been having mapping issues with Ticketek which is the reason for the delay. Should be resolved early next week. At that point they can allocate member seating, a couple of days later tickets will go on sale for every home game of the year.

Not sure why I was initially told that tickets to each home game would only be made available two weeks prior.

Excellent mate, but a bit worrying about communication being very different to what you were told originally. The most important part of any organisation is good communication - I was just having a discussion with a fellow work colleague about how there isn't much communication in my workplace either. Hopefully Lyall will be able to straighten all that out.

Still great to see you got some action. :)

Old mate Lenny Gorman who replaces the urinal cakes around the club will be wondering where all these emails are coming from.

Had a great day at the season / fan day.
My kids were stoked to meet and get autographs with the players on the field
They played on the family hill jumping castles faces paintings etc....
Farout the line for Gallen autograph was massive.

Good to see the bar open for acouple of vb cups.

Really dug the flags around the ground but The only thing that annoy me was the bulldog blue colour flag
Instead of the royal
Blue they should be a sky light blue.
Other than that great Job bring on round 1

Just a thought, rather then having two blocks of community forums they should have held one early on this week after our first home game
Was big talk about there being a new game day experience but are they really going to get much feedback to fix it by Friday night

Having a forum held on Monday so everyone could get together to iron out the problems would have been a smart idea to ensure they are given time to fix issues before this Friday nights home game, and let's face it, from my own experiences and what I've heard from others it's probably the worse it's been for a long time

It's great they are trying to implement change for the better, but there is no point in doing all this if there isn't a genuine way to give feedback back to the club to get these problems solved

Actually, it would make sense to have one of these every Tuesday, so that possible Monday night games are in the mix.

Should have the community forum at the same time as the Monday night game so we can provide the club a rolling commentary of our thoughts ha ha
