It’s important to note there’s not many people blaming Moylan for the loss.

The issue is he’s extremely limited outside of the pretty stuff. It’s a significant concern as not every game we will have the time or the means to play pretty football.

the reason i want trindall in the team is because hynes cant really kick us out of trouble, and moylan simply cant kick. tricky's kicking game may have been able to slow their momentum last night, our kickers offered nothing
Yeah I was thinking that too.

Hynes doesn’t have a big boot on him and we really could have used someone to kick us down the other end.

Anybody that still rates Moylan is outdated and will soon be extinct like the Chad Townsend lovers

We actually won the run metres stat by abt 200m but most of that was chasing the score in the second half.

Both our kickers put up some shocking kicks last night.

A few poorly executed bombs blamed on being under scoreboard pressure.

Nicho‘s long kicking was still decent, but again always under pressure as the Dolphins had all the momentum and field position in that first half where the game was won and lost.

Need to do what souths and broncos did last year, pick and stick with the up n coming half back, even grandaddy wayne chose a rookie over experience to steer the dolphins for their first year

Yep, a whole debutant to kick off the new club over Milford… Fitz got schooled

If we were roosters, storm, or bunnies Trindall is starting but yes let’s persist with a guy who hasn’t shown much more this year then a pass into the line

Since when does Trindall have a massive boot?

Sure, he has kicked a few 40/20’s, but that doesn’t require a big boot. Just good timing and forwards you can get you outside your 30 and a quick ptb.

He’s got an awesome boot that kicked us to many good positions and set up wins in his games this year

Isn't the Roosters' young gun half playing reserve grade?

Won 1 of 3.

Can you find me one example from those 3 games of Trindall kicking from inside his own 30 off a slow ptb, and the opposition playing the ball on the next tackle inside their 30?

Trindall puts up a good bomb also
Irrelevant. Everyone know he does lots of good things. The discussions here is whether he has a big boot that can get the team out of trouble when the forwards can’t.

Which imo he can.

I only mentioned the bomb because of the amount Hynes put up that weren’t really high enough to trouble their back 3.

Sorry Milky mate. Your opinion re: Trindall just isn’t enough for me to go on. Show me where it actually happened and I’ll change my mind ;)
