I think its a nightmare scenario as I’m convinced the pairing simply will not work. But I could also believe the club would be insane enough to actually do it. I want to refuse to believe it will happen, but I just can’t. The fact that theres pretty much no one on the market worries me.
Whispers are getting louder for Flanno jnr.
Fitz had a lot of time for him at the chooks.

With Jnr comes snr so I’m not really sure how Fitz would feel with Flanno Snr sniffing around the club again.

I'm a big Trindall fan but I agree with this. He has potential and I'd be happy to pair him next year with an experienced 5/8, Nicho isn't that.
I don't like Pearce but maybe him for one year, which he wouldn't do, would be perfect.

I was all for Kyle stepping into Chads boots and playing alongside SJ.
He chose the glitzy lights of the Eastern suburbs and burnt his fingers on the globes.
Now, I’m happier with Trindall getting his shot unless there is a 7 on the market that would be a good partner for Nicho.
I can’t think of one and that is why I thought it strange that we didn’t do more to try and retain SJ (granted I don’t know what politics played out in the background) but still think a SJ/Nicho combo would have been a good one.
